I get lobbies closed but when you see a big truck like my tow truck and you know it can't fit in the drive thru at least write down my order so I can eat there are times I have to go with out bc they refuse to let me order

I have gone to this many times when I’m Taco Bell I’m Pullium Street in San Angelo Texas. The service is horrible. The food is horrible and I’m completely fed up this. This one needs new management and a whole new crew. Somebody really needs to get in here and fix this Taco Bell or close it down and I need a refund because I’m tired of this. I ordered the cantina chicken power bowl didn’t even get any chicken and got the three tacos barely got meat. This is this is crazy new management needs to be put in place cause this one’s had a lot of problems for the last couple of years.

Rhonda and all the employees absolutely sucked. Took forever, no communication from manager just kept hiding. Employees that did help were rude. Waited 45 mins for a potatoes bowl :(. Alsoooo 3 other customers cancelled their orders while wait too.

How you gonna keep a business open with NO LETTUCE one of the main ingredients used here! Thats like going to BK and having no hamburger buns but still expected to pay full price for your meal. WHAT A JOKE Taco Bell franchise is garbage, and now owe me $20 worth of food because they wanna be OPEN while not having ingredients to make the food CORRECTLY ! I’m done spending my money on this place they are ALWAYS out of SOMETHING, IT GETS OLD!

Worst Taco Bell ever, paid 67 bucks and they messed up 7 out of 8 items, food was old and cold, drinks were wrong said they were out of several drink products asked for sauce they closed window got home to a pile of crap, manger said nothing he could do because we ordered through door dash

We ordered fries online and they were out and all they would offer us was fiesta potatoes, which is crap cuz its not even close to the same and the potatoes are cheaper, you should offer something of equal value or more it's not our fault you're out of product, if your out of a product then remove it from the system

Food is touch and go here. Sometimes it's stellar and other times it feels like a waste of time or money. Sometimes the fries are crisp and the burrito grilled. Other times the fries are stale, the directions aren't followed, or they forgot something. Always check your bag before you drive away to be on the safe side. The drinks are always bad as if they don't clean out the machine.
The employees are friendly even when the sun is high. I really wish Taco Bell had another location or at least didn't have the sun because the sun is so very bright and hot for the employees at the window.
