Went 30 minutes before closing and the only thing they said they could give me was meat and cheese tacos. If you close at a certain time you should be able to serve the full menu till that time. Thanks for wasting my drive and my time

Customer service was amazing. Manager and front counter person working at 7:30 on 10/24/25 was amazing. Our food bag busted on the way out and they kindly and graciously remade our food. Amazing people

Sloppy food, the manager really does not care. The tacos and quesadillas were thrown together. They forgot my sides, when my wife went inside to get them the manager said she doesn’t care because she’s working on other orders. She was very rude to her workers on top of everything else.

Restaurant does not care about uber or door dash orders at all. They will let you stand there waiting for 30 min while everyone in the drive thru continues to get their food.

The cashier was nice, but whoever made my food is ridiculous. I ate three chips and then i see that 90% of my nachos is just chips. And the cheap bag they give you for all of our food just tore. I got a five layer burrito that is pretty much all beans and a little cheese.

The manager I assume with super curly hair I don’t know her name she was too busy running the show. She was polite to everyone and lead a busy rush at 11 at night. I waiting about 20 minutes but when I got home the accuracy, presentation was perfect. She did her thing. Great job!

When we told her we didn't want to donate to the taco bell college fund, she put it on our order anyways, and then when I told her about it, she looked at me dead in the face and didn't say a word. Just stared at me, and then gave me the wrong sauce. Very rude. I just paid, donation and all and left, because I'm not one to make a fuss, but I would like someone to please talk to her about her behavior. Maybe ask if she's OK at home?

Never try to go here for breakfast ever. I’ve gone on 3 separate occasions to get a breakfast Crunchwrap and I had to leave empty handed. I love their breakfast so much but due to a busy schedule I am limited on time I can actually go out and grab something to eat. The first time I went it was pouring outside so I decided to go through the drive thru and they told me to wait one moment and they could help me. I WAITED 9 MINUTES AT THE SPEAKER and not a single response so I drive up to the window and no one, nothing. The second occasion I decide to go inside and they tell me that due to limited supplies they aren’t serving breakfast at the moment, no big deal I understand. This time the 3rd time, I make sure to get there by 9:30 WITH PLENTY OF TIME as it is CLEARLY STATED online that they serve breakfast until 11AM, and is not posted otherwise, then tell the they “stopped serving breakfast a while ago”. What the freaky Taco Bell?!?! :( I just want my bacon Crunchwrap and Cinnabites. I know I sound like a big back but I’m genuinely upset by this and I don’t think I’ll ever go to this location again.
