Phone number for Sherwood constantly busy the corporate number was closed at 7:00 eastern time. They couldn't figure out that I needed chips with my nachos for two separate orders I have tried to reach out to someone to get this rectified. Everyone is absent even the store number is constantly busy I'm giving them zero Stars. It's not rocket science when you order nachos you get chips I questioned whether or not they're even hiring people with high school education. This is posterous. The fact that I can't get chips with my nachos is Ludacris. Do they even understand who they're hiring I need a damn refund tonight yet I can't get a hold of anyone at Taco Bell because the high behind a phone that no longer works. And employees that are inadequate and cannot figure out the chips go with nachos

Probably one of the worst taco bells i went thru. Lettuce was frozen solid in my buritto. The bean buritto which is my favorite had cold beans. And the tortillas were burned, so.eone needs to retrain some employes

When I arrived to pickup my order I replied “No” to the automatic message asking if I was checking in with the app since I had already placed an online order. Once the actual person was speaking, I told her I was just picking up an online order to which she replied “Oh, so you ARE using the app” In a snarky manner. I sincerely doubt this is how Taco Bell trains their employees to speak to customers. Will take my business to the Knickerbocker location from now on.

Message to the owner. As a Platinum Dasher I will never deliver from your store again. Warning to all dashers, avoid this Taco Bell unless you want to loose money! TIt is a very negative experience and takes a half hour of HELL at least. This store on Sherwood is a nightmare for DoorDashers. Last time I went in there the new employee said we don't tell the make-line workers a dasher is here for the order! I said yeah you did until you came around! I said (*screw you under my breath), unassigned and walked out. The employees are very rude and they will ruin your dash! The owner must be asleep at the wheel and not give a hoot about his DoorDash orders. I'm calling out the owner as asleep at the wheel, and us dashers will keep getting trash orders from a trashy establishment.

Terribly disgusting
Worst taco bell in history. Order wrong burrito supreme was small looked like meat and beans only..greasy dripping with grease tasted horrible.

This Taco Bell's staff is always very friendly and polite. I've yet to have a poor experience here. The food is well prepared and promptly served. The dining area and restrooms have been very clean every time I've eaten here.
