I wondered why there was no one in the parking lot.
You have to push in your own orders! I was told it was because corporate told them that if there was a mistake it was on the customers not Taco Bell!!
People were nice when we asked questions but there was no one to help us!!!

The only reason I still go to Taco Bell is for the subpar food. The customer service is horrible, it is just a bunch of teenagers giggling and playing around at the drive thru window. My family ordered through the app and the order was supposed to be ready at 9:12 pm, it came out at 9:46. The workers are decently nice but they do not work, they just play. Do not go to this location .

Collin was so sweet. I accidentally ordered inside instead of for drive thru and he took the time to figure out why my order wasn’t popping up and then when he realized I ordered for inside pick up, he took the time to pack it up and give it to me in the drive thru. It’s so simple but really changed the tone of my day. Thank you, Collin ♥️

This location is the worst . I placed my order inside and was giving my cups to get drinks then was told it would be about 30 mins before I get my order. There where 5 tables that had customers waiting for orders . Then we where told that drive thru orders have to be made first. That's after we have all placed our orders that we have to wait and wait . I received my order and hr later . I will not spend my money at this location again and I will let my family and friends know about this location. I also saw that they have their safety certificates hanging on the wall but I think they all need to take the course again 😡😡😡

Ordered delivery, missing half of the order. Called and they said they would remake it. Sent someone to get it and the quesadilla has a *pinch* of cheese and it’s not even melted. More sauce than cheese but they did add some lettuce to it.

Phone number for Sherwood constantly busy the corporate number was closed at 7:00 eastern time. They couldn't figure out that I needed chips with my nachos for two separate orders I have tried to reach out to someone to get this rectified. Everyone is absent even the store number is constantly busy I'm giving them zero Stars. It's not rocket science when you order nachos you get chips I questioned whether or not they're even hiring people with high school education. This is posterous. The fact that I can't get chips with my nachos is Ludacris. Do they even understand who they're hiring I need a damn refund tonight yet I can't get a hold of anyone at Taco Bell because the high behind a phone that no longer works. And employees that are inadequate and cannot figure out the chips go with nachos

Probably one of the worst taco bells i went thru. Lettuce was frozen solid in my buritto. The bean buritto which is my favorite had cold beans. And the tortillas were burned, so.eone needs to retrain some employes
