I cannot recommend The Baer Bakery enough!! My husband has a very long list of allergies that makes eating sweets almost impossible. I contacted her to see about potentially doing something for his groom's cake and she blew my expectations out of the water!! She is so cautious and even did a lot of extra research to ensure she was using the best ingredients to follow his dietary restrictions. We did a cake tasting with her before and this is one of the first times he got to eat true cake. All of it was absolutely delicious!! I am a huge sweets lover and even I think the allergy friendly cakes are amazing! We now order every year for his birthday!! This year, she even made some oatmeal creme pies for him and they were equally as good!
I also order her regularly offered items for some of our other family and they are always a huge hit!! If you haven't tried The Baer Bakery, you are missing out!

the Zelda cupcakes that were made for my daughter's birthday were so cute and super delicious. I really do appreciate them for making it kind of at last minute. I will definitely be recommending for future events and to all my friends and family
