My boyfriend and I arrived at 3:50pm for Valentine’s Day dinner. I understand it is a busy day for all restaurants, but unfortunately we felt the service fell below expectations despite the circumstances.

A waitress sat us at our table, but after that, we waited 20 minutes with no sign of a waiter/waitress or any drinks. My boyfriend had to ask the front desk if they would be able to get us started on service. Eventually someone new came and took our order....

Good food, most servers are great including the bartenders. Happy hour is a great deal if you can make it in time. I don’t think they have a hostess that enjoys their job…extremely rude, lack of greeting and just an overall attitude of indifference. Odd to employ someone on the front lines that can turn a dinner sour before even ordering.

The food here is incredible. I tried the New Mexico Patty's melt. One of the best I ever had. The service was great as well. I definitely recommend this restaurant. One of the best in San Angelo.
