The service and food here were incredible and you can easily tell the staff pride themselves in their work and rightfully so. I'm not the biggest coffee drinker and when I told the barista that, he made a drink that was perfect for me. Then he recommended a breakfast sandwich that was also incredible.

Yummy coffee and cozy atmosphere! Depending on time of day, service can be a bit slow. However, the baristas are always welcoming and very friendly!

We travel a LOT and always look for the best coffee shop we can. We tried all of them in San Angelo and The Grind is the BEST of them all.
Other places had nice study and relaxing areas, but the lattes were lacking. A good latte shows the skill of the batista, and all of them, the week we were there (every morning😁), spot on EVERYTIME! Also, the house made Chai is amazing and flavorful!
Say hi to the owners, they are also super friendly, and he can even give you a weather update since he is a local TV wetherman!

Coffee is DELICIOIS! Stopped here passing through and it's so good! Did not have food, so I did not rate food, but the breads/muffins looked good.

Two words, delicious coffee!! 😋 Love the decor and relaxing vibe of the place. Met the owner, Jake, who made prepared my hot coffee. He asked me what I wanted, but with so many choices, I was lost.
Hake asked me what I liked in a coffee, which was a strong taste of coffee with a hint of sweet. He surprised me with a Pumpkin Spice latte, with espresso shots. It was perfect. Was told the syrup flavor was made in-house.

Also, I chatted up with some regulars, all enjoyable to talk to. Will definitely be back to try some food and get me another pumpkin spice!! Great service!

I am a world traveler… this was unexpected quality, service and environment for San Angelo… definitely coming back when here!

Kid-friendliness: Pleasant atmosphere with lounge couches and round tables… safe for kids, but like all coffee shops…should be mannered children to not ruin the environment for adults relaxing with coffee.

Simply fantastic in every way!
The best avocado toast I've ever had. Also highly recommend the croissant with Nutella and fresh strawberries. Epic chai, original House recipe.
Fast and friendly service - the manager, Chase, is great at making suggestions if you don't know what you want. You can order online if you're in a rush. Pet friendly and good music all in a cozy atmosphere. Don't miss this hidden downtown gem.

Well, I have to say was very excited to try this place. We visited for the weekend and was trying different places of course. Hands down the food was amazing. From the freshness to just everything went well with each other. The coffee there are many to choose from so I would look online also they do have special seasonal coffee on a blackboard inside. But if in the area highly recommend the bagel with the salmon if you like that will truly enjoy it here and the avocado bagel man I wanted to take it from my wife it was very delicious.
