Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Got a PB cup smoothie and it was just chocolate ice. No banana and no peanut butter. Just huge chunks of chocolate flavored ice. Awful.

It's a typical Smoothie place. They don't always have ripe bananas so it ends up tasting MEH, and if I'm going to use just powders anyway, I'd rather make it at home for a fraction of the price. But I still go there sometimes! It's just for the price, I kinda want a specific taste every time.

At least it's better than paying 7.50 for coffee now and then still having a tablet held up to you for a tip. Like people won't tip! It feels so rude. But that's those coffee places. At least these people don't do that, otherwise I'd have given them 3 stars.

Oh, they do close earlier than their site says. That's kinda annoying sometimes.

Staff was incompetent took 40 minutes to get my food when there were only 2 other people there. The register also stopped working delaying order even more. Ordered toasted by the time I got it it was cold.

My first time there and was looking so forward to it . I wanted a banana smoothie , but had to settle for strawberry and banana . 7 dollars for a maybe 25 oz smoothie , WOW . I don't think they use real fruit , it takes like liquid flavoring . And I can't even taste the banana . So disappointed because I have been wanting to go there for a while now . But won't go back . ???

Honestly I feel like this place is a hidden gem of a chain restaurant. My favorite things are the detox green smoothie and any wrap. The people who work here are super nice and make the atmosphere of visiting inside vers the drive thru very welcoming.

Kid-friendliness: Super nice to kids and their kid meals are always loved by my little one.

The smoothies and food here are healthy and refreshing. I especially like the Mocha Madness and Avocolada smoothies, the chicken pesto flatbread, Thai chicken wrap, and berry granola Greek yogurt. Service is always fast and accurate here.
