I get it fast food is hard, especially when you have 1 car in the drive thru and zero customers inside. Had to go back inside to get the drink I ordered as I was given diet/zero and am ALLERGIC to fake sugar. Got some really old fries and a raw burger.

We ordered DoorDash from here because we were sick. They sent the wrong order out. Then it took 4 calls to even get through and then the lady was still rude and finally told me I would have to go up there to get my food. So I do. Again she’s rude. Doesn’t want to see the correct order and tries to give me the wrong one again. Gets upset when I said that wasn’t my order and goes to make mine. I didn’t see her name but I saw her collared striped shirt and braid. I won’t be going back to Wendy’s during their night shift again. Not after last night.

I just watched a girl throw a bagged Oreo mix on the ground to maybe open it? She definitely did it on purpose. It spilt all over the floor. Then she proceeded to put the rest of it in a milkshake. Weird.

This is the second time. Months ago I went to this location and they totally messed up the order and missing one complete meal minus the drink. Today I order baconator meal and a 10 psc nugget, get home and it’s only a 4 psc nugget. So needless to say I will not be back to this location.

The march 1 dollar double cheeseburger or bacon jr is not what the commercial makes you think a purchas of other food and is limted to 1 per day not a dollar for either like the commercial makes you think will be boycotting Wendy's cause of the juke and they might want to inform there employees of the special cause none of them knew as well
Mint frosty is really good. Son of a baconator was disappointing, bacon was very small and not crispy. Also many drinks options were unavailable

Worst run and operated fast-food restaurant in San Angelo, and it's not even close. The service is terrible, and the portions are tiny. Waited over 20 minutes in the drive through for a baked potato, and when I got it, they had charred it beyond recognition. Employees are inattentive and unprofessional.
When I first walked in the workers looked annoyed that we walked in when it wasn’t busy and the guy who took our order smelled of weed. I then ordered a chocolate frosty and it had black specs in it and it tasted very sour. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

As a working mother I pick up fast food, 1 because I’m very tired 2 sometimes it’s cheaper to pick up food. I ordered a burger dry. Got home to find my burger drenched in mayonnaise, and fries were cold. I do understand that these type establishments do get busy and sometimes simple instructions can be overlooked. However that was not the case. There was no one in the dinner or at the drive thru. This well be the first and last time I will order from this location.
