The march 1 dollar double cheeseburger or bacon jr is not what the commercial makes you think a purchas of other food and is limted to 1 per day not a dollar for either like the commercial makes you think will be boycotting Wendy's cause of the juke and they might want to inform there employees of the special cause none of them knew as well

Worst run and operated fast-food restaurant in San Angelo, and it's not even close. The service is terrible, and the portions are tiny. Waited over 20 minutes in the drive through for a baked potato, and when I got it, they had charred it beyond recognition. Employees are inattentive and unprofessional.
When I first walked in the workers looked annoyed that we walked in when it wasn’t busy and the guy who took our order smelled of weed. I then ordered a chocolate frosty and it had black specs in it and it tasted very sour. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

As a working mother I pick up fast food, 1 because I’m very tired 2 sometimes it’s cheaper to pick up food. I ordered a burger dry. Got home to find my burger drenched in mayonnaise, and fries were cold. I do understand that these type establishments do get busy and sometimes simple instructions can be overlooked. However that was not the case. There was no one in the dinner or at the drive thru. This well be the first and last time I will order from this location.

I would recommend going to the other Wendy’s in San Angelo they have better service this one is Horrible as such as the managers and the Crew worker “Camron” that thing Is incredibly rude to some customers and his coworkers and The managers don’t tell him when to clock out because he is there in the morning and still there to by night And I see the manager making other crew workers leave early because of him

A quick bit to eat during lunch. All was great to include a clean restroom.
I went through the drive thru for the first time ever at this location and it was a horrible experience. I pulled up and at first the lady wasn't rude at all. I placed part of my order and she told me " hold on ". when she came back in she said, " can I help you?" to which I repeated what I had originally ordered and finished ordering the rest of my meal. I ordered two pretzel baconators and a large dr.pepper and fry. when I asked her to not make it a meal she got very rude. her response was " I heard you the first time you don't need to repeat yourself 4 times" I hadn't repeated myself but once because she hadn't taken my full order the first time. I pulled up to the window. and paid . not realizing she hadn't taken my order correctly. a young man was helping at that time. the woman then walked up and asked what we had to drink. which if she had taken the order and looked at the screen she would have known . she proceeded to hand us the wrong size. I told her we ordered a large. she proceeded to tell me that's not what we paid for. at this point I was extremely irritated and told her, but if you heard me because I repeated myself 4 times apparently why would you have rang up the wrong order. she became extremely rude and started yelling. I asked to speak to her boss told her I worked in food service and this wasn't how you talked to people. she proceeded to tell me she was the gm. basically threw our food at us and then told me next time send my mom because I didn't know how to act like an adult. keep in mind I'm 43. I told her I would never come back to her location to which she responded yes you will I can tell by your fat a$$ you eat fast food all the time. and called me an immature white b word. I asked her employees if she talked to them like this and two standing behind her shook their heads yes. this behavior, especially from a manger, is unacceptable. I have never in my life had a good service worker act this way for absolutely no reason. I've worked in food service management and this was ridiculous. this woman is obviously miserable in her life and felt the need to project that in her customs today. and when we got to our destination the order was wrong. she took the order wrong and gave us someone else's food.

I got the number one meal. A medium. I didn't ask for anything special. The burger was good but my fries were almost inedible. Old, cold and stale. I went through the drive thru because I didn't have time to stay. I normally get good food here but I was not impressed this time. I was very disappointed because I was looking forward to some French fries while I broke my diet. I learned my lesson.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because it is literally hotter in the store than it is outside. I couldn't even sit and eat it was so hot. Good food though. The saucy nuggs are my new favorite item! Definitely get them next time you go
