Called 10 times but no one answered. Was calling bc I didn’t get my wings I ordered. I live across town so I am not going back tonight but definitely probably will not go back after tonight and the refusal to answer a phone. Simple customer service that this Wendy’s is obviously lacking in.

Great store in a great location. My food was made to order so it was hot and fresh. The fries were perfectly salted. The burger had fresh veggies. The establishment was clean. The service was good. No issues with the food

All of the hamburgers we bought we so dry we were afraid we were going to choke if we took another bite. They do not answer phone so there is no way to call and let them know.. second time at this location and really disappointed. I don't even ask for the hamburgers to be a normal size but for the size we get they could at least be edible.

The cashier Jessica was very rude, the tables smelled like rotten milk and she came an got a burger out of my sons hands, when he ordered a bacon double only to replace it with a single jr bacon burger. Will not go bad

It’s always so dirty when I go into this location. They have terrible customer service and always get my order wrong. The last time I went inside for pickup everyone was cussing and screaming and no one would come to the front and help me out. Never going to this location again.

Overall, I'd say Wendy's is better than Mcdonald's but that's just my opinion. Staff was very friendly and my order came quick. Only grip is food was a bit colder than I was hoping. But I'd say it was worth a visit.
