This is a Military DFAC. They're basically designed to be mediocre slop factories. Don't go to a DFAC expecting a dining experience - it is designed to fill the need for nutrition for a thousand soldiers and nothing more. Food will be overpriced sometimes, and low quality most times. However, some of their food is excellent:

Good food quality compared to Camp Lejeune , Marines I am sorry if you get stationed there. Food here is overall above average quality for a mess hall, but is outshined by the other facilities on base. There is also a strong odor by the entrances in the morning, not sure what causes this but it can’t be good.

Sometimes out of major ingredients for certain burgers upwards of a week though the food is pretty decent I love fresh salads and it always is except pray they dont run out of ceaser because the to go dressings all taste off because theyre fat free
