I was irritated and disgusted at the service and how the food just sat there and then was served. It seemed like there was nothing but employees walking around not knowing what to do. This Whataburger needs to do better!

Why is there no option for butter for biscuits on the menu?Why no spoon for the scrambled egglets? Why do I have to take a survey just to ask a question?
We had breakfast at Whataburger on Bryant and 19th Street. Food, service ,staff were all great. Wish I could say the same during other parts of the day. And it doesn't matter which location you go to the wait time is ridiculous.

Great food! I gave only 4 stars because there were 4 cars in front of us and it took about 30 minutes from the time that we arrived to the time we got our food…but that’s almost any whataburger I go to! Great and sweet staff.
