I have ordered many times from both locations in San Angelo and have always had something very wrong with my order. I only keep ordering from this place because my kids like it. I have given this place too many chances, but now I'm done.

First was told it was a 25 minute wait. Then they kept telling me another 5 mins until it was a total of an hour plus wait. Had me standing for ever but they were focused on the door dash orders cuz they were in and out the door. I was wondering which bag was mine but they just kept going. I don't think they even started my food until the 45 min mark. I don't mind waiting an hour but don't bull crap me into standing either my hurt legs for ever

The wait times at this location can be very long sometimes 20 to 30 minutes depending on how busy they are with back orders customer service is top-notch employees are friendly and nice. Nice looking restaurant. Food is hot and good looking to eat always gets the order correct but prices are a little expensive.

Ordered my food online to find out I had to wait a whole hour for my food. I waited and showed up a few minutes early and got my food which was already ready. Once I got home, I find there is no chance the food was fresh and had to have been made long before I picked it up, probably within the first 20 minutes of me placing the order. I received no updates about my order in the meantime. My food upon receiving it was cold and soggy. Even the buffalo fries had sat long enough to absorb all the sauce and I was stuck with a soggy gross mess. This is my 3d attempt to get some good wings from here and my final. My food is just never good. Fix your wait times online so people don’t wast their money on food they won’t even eat because it’s cold, soggy, and just straight up nasty. So mad.
