always a negative experience at this particular store. we live on the other side of town. they messed up our entire order. was supposed to be extra wet wings. .weren't even wet at all .bone dry. we get home and notice this. we call and they say they will redo the order. we get back there and once again same thing. messed up an entire order a second time . yes my husband should have checked before leaving .but frankly he should not have had to. how do u mess an order up twice...read full review
They need new management at the Knickerbocker, San Angelo, Texas location!! Extremely rude and unprofessional!!
