Don't go there if you have any coupons for them because they won't honor them. We bought a coupon book from a school fundraiser and they refused to honor it because they changed ownership since then. They should honor coupons no matter what.

I placed an online order for wings, tenders and a sandwich for my husbands birthday. I picked it up and was missing the tender combo and the sandwich, called the store and they didn’t apologize- put me on hold, said ‘If you come back we can have it ready for you.’ Come back and pick up what I think is the remainder of the order, grabbed the bag, ‘Sorry’ was all the cashier said. Took the food home to hungry kids and a family waiting, still missing fries. I called the store and was told I could come back for a 3rd trip, I said no, I would prefer just a refund for the tender combo. Stacy, the manager, explained that I could return the tenders my kids haven’t eaten and ONLY THEN would I receive a refund. So I would still need to make a THIRD trip to this location.Absolutely ridiculous. She actually blamed me for the final mistake, saying I didn’t take the time to check the bag. I said- it’s an online ordering system, you have access to it and your cashier clarified the order before I even headed that way.Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. A manager on an ego trip for $6. These aren’t the best wings in town, they are around for convenience, and this was anything g but convenient. Stacy really made it clear that WE inconvenienced HER.

One set of wings is sauced nicely. Even coated. Second set is bare minimum sauce. Fries were left on top and my other fries were sideways in the bag. Even on the bottom of bag.

Normally we love Wingstop, this time the service was very slow and food was lacking the correct flavor. Fries were way too salty. Hawaiian has a terrible taste, bbq was too spicy, Some staff had a rude attitude which will lose you business. I really wanted to give a great review. This one didn't add up to the stars.

The children working here on Monday decided to prank me by giving me ATOMIC corn in place of fries, all drums on my 24 piece wing order and no Ranch or Bleu Cheese even though it was requested several times. This is a 45 mile one way trip for the visit. NOT APPRECIATED!
It was take out, on the app said it was ready to pick up. Got there and still not even made. Been waiting now for 25 min.

Came tonight on a Friday during peak busy hours. Before coming in I knew that I’d be waiting awhile as this place is generally busy. I’m sure these guys get many complaints but as someone who sat around and waited for food the employees did not stop moving once. They were pushing out orders left and right, refilling ice, greeting customers, and bussing tables. People are quick to leave negative reviews but these guys deserve some positivity after a busy shift! I’m just grateful this place is open and operating again. They’ve definitely improved since new ownership has taken place. Thank you!!
