This place was great. We had a server named Eddy and he did great. Our food was on time our drinks were on time and they treated us great. I did feel a little bit underdressed with a T-shirt, but there was a few people around with a T-shirt as well. They didn’t mention anything, but I would show up in a collared golf shirt to not feel underdressed. Food was great. The steak was great. Service was great.

I dined here in July on a Saturday for dinner, and they squeezed my wife and I in at the bar when we had no reservation. They even put the WNBA game on for us at the bar, and went out of their way to do so. We’ve stayed at the resort yearly for the past few years, and for some reason it was our first time dining here. We’d heard about it at the spa, and just walked right across the lawn over to it. We had caviar, lobster, a filet, mashed potatoes and corn sides. As we were leaving, a piano player started playing live music, so we enjoyed that for a bit as well. It was all a spontaneous and magical experience for us. 10/10, we look forward to coming back.

This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Bradley provided amazing service and offered wonderful menu recommendations that did not disappoint. I especially enjoyed the pork chops and the sides, everything was delicious. Highly recommend! Thank you for making our evening so special. ❤️

Always a wonderful experience. Our server was professional and food was extraordinary. Our table enjoyed 4 of the aps and mains ranged from chicken, steak and fish dishes. All fantastic including the sides.

I like to cook steak and so we went for lunch. Had an amazing experience. We ordered bone out ribeye. Brenna was amazing and took absolutely personal care of us. We ordered medium rare. Both were cooked same time but one accidentally was overcooked. Don't have to say a word. They remade a new steak. Talk about personal and wonderful service. I highly recommend the steak. Brenna brought us 3 dips for the fries on recommendation. Truffle honey and sweet potato fries. Oh yeah. Try it! Yes way steak here!! The chef Medhi was amazing. He came and spoke with us. Everyone here has made this experience amazing. I highly highly recommend.

Steaks are shockingly good for a clubhouse/resort restaurant. Service and servers were very friendly and helpful.
Been here a over half-dozen times. Always better than great. Food is fantastic in quality, prep, and presentation. The Chef (s) know how to cook the perfect steak and menu's other offerings never disappoint. That said, the service is what really sets 18 Oaks apart. The staff makes the experience a genuine pleasure. The Wait staff is amazing, and we pray Luis never leaves! He is extraordinarily knowledgeable, personable, and attentive. He is my favorite waiter of all time. The Sommelier is an enthusiastic expert in his knowledge and enthusiasm for wine and winemaking. He makes the experience of selecting and enjoying bottles of wine fun (and rewarding!). I have genuine respect and appreciation for these two professionals. I simply cannot say enough about our continuing experiences at 18 Oaks.

We celebrated an important anniversary last night, and EVERYTHING was fabulous! We loved our waiter - Brad . He was exceptional! The food was delicious and we will definitely go again. We look forward to it. This was our first time at 18 Oaks. It will not be our last!!

18 Oaks is a beautiful restaurant in a very scenic location. Not only was the food exceptional, the wait staff was exemplary. This was the perfect storm of delicious food, attentive service, and a lovely setting. Don't miss this dining pleasure.

We went in with high expectations, but the experience was disappointing across the board.
The restaurant was extremely loud. It was difficult to hold a normal conversation at the table, which immediately set the wrong tone for a place positioned as upscale dining.
Service was slow and inconsistent. Our waiter disappeared for long stretches of time, did not check on drink refills, and generally seemed absent. When the food finally arrived, it was incorrect. My wife received a completely different entrée than what she ordered, which meant she had to wait while I already had my meal. That alone should never happen at this price point.
The food itself did not redeem the experience. My pork chop was overcooked and overwhelmed by an excessive blueberry compote. We ordered two sides and both missed badly. The duck fat Brussels sprouts were oily, and the sauce on top overpowered the dish. The truffle corn tasted canned, with an odd and unpleasant flavor.
When my wife’s corrected entrée finally arrived, the filet was also overcooked. No apology, no attempt to make it right, and no remedy were offered.
For the hype and the price, 18 Oaks simply did not deliver. We left frustrated and disappointed.
