Amazing experience! The views are gorgeous, the food and drinks top it off. Roy was our server and took great care of us. He was also our local historian. We asked him about some of the buildings in the area and he gave us the whole history of them and the area. He really took our experience to another level. We can't wait to come back.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at 1Watson was disappointing enough to warn others. The first thing you’ll notice is the outrageous prices—and not in a “you get what you pay for” kind of way. We’re talking basic cocktails priced like luxury craft creations, yet served with all the enthusiasm of a DMV clerk.
To make matters worse, our bill had inconsistent drink...

The cutest atmosphere. Loved that it was a rooftop with an actual sight worthy view! Our kids felt so grown up to be there. I love the sofa/chair setup with the tables. Very different. Don’t forget. No children after 9P, so keep that in mind when making reservations!
