Craving a funnel cake for the 4th of July, we went to Woodlawn. No parking under $20, so we drove up Bandera and found this gem. The funnel cake was hot, fluffy, sugary perfection. The cucumberdilly was a delightfully fresh surprise. 100% worth the drive to this side of town. (Do not advise this area at night.)

No tax exempt can spend money? They could've made hundreds $$$. So we took the business to marble slap. Plus customer service wasn't so great. They could've told us politely that they don't do tax exempt.
