I stopped by Seven Brew this morning to order my coffee. There was only one person taking orders, so I waited in line. When it was my turn, I let the employee know I was next — she looked right at me and then proceeded to take the order from the person behind me, completely ignoring me.
I brought it to the attention of the crew leader, and instead of apologizing or correcting the situation, her attitude came across as, “Order or don’t. Take your business elsewhere if you want.” No acknowledgment, no accountability.
I normally enjoy coming to Seven Brew, but this experience was disappointing and honestly pretty disrespectful. If this is the level of customer service being offered now, it needs attention — fast.

I just went through the drive thru and the lady took my order not even 2 minutes later my drinks were coming out seemed a little too fast. Anyways i proceeded to leave and i taste my drink it tasted nothing but coffee and water downed not what i asked for ! i even tipped! i’ve been to this place multiple times and never had a problem til today ! They just seemed like they were just hanging out and playing!!! Horrible i got a pecan pie blondie and a banana bread latte! Im headed out of time and dont have time to back !!

I’ve tried calling today about my coffees i ordered they were so bad I was so disappointed as I don’t get to come often only when I come to the office the coffee has zero flavor and just doesn’t taste like normally they do sad and tried calling location but it’s just a voice recording smh
I’ve come to this store few times in the last couple weeks and everyone is always so friendly. Yesterday though, the girl who took my order was beyond rude. She didn’t say a word after taking the order, walked off and heard her cussing inside. Honestly needs to learn some respect. I asked the other girl for her name and she said it was justina. I won’t be back anytime soon.
