Me and my wife love Seven brew, over all they have been great and this spot is the only one that we visit with the exception of one or two. However over the last 3 weeks of which we have been to Seven Brew every day, they have made my wife's order wrong at 6 times now and my wife is to the point she doesn't even want to go anymore. I notice a pattern that some of the employees mark the orders and some do not and I think a lot of orders are being mixed up and definitely some incorrectly put into their little ipads. I have one three different occasions went back to seven brew to correct my wife's order and one of these days I had to go back twice because they made the exact same mistake two times. One mistake understandable, 2nd same mistake fooled me once, 3rd mistake you're making me into a fool and also being disrespectful of my time and wasting my fuel going back and forth to correct what should of been a simple fix.
We do not want to go any where else because we really enjoy Seven Brew, but if they dont make some major changes soon which should include knowledge of the menu, customer needs and marking product to avoid confusion and having a drive thru is great, and i would rather a line move slow and orders made correctly rather than treating customers like cattle pushing them through as fast as possible and messing up orders.
As far as over all flavor of the coffee and variety of drinks I grade Seven brew a 5, but over all service It's definitely a 1 because the amount of times they have gotten my wife's order wrong. I hope that the service here improves with haste.

The drinks we ordered were right in point, no complaints there. I've had 7Brew before but someone has picked up for me. This time I went drive thru, couple of employees were dressed with uniform, but their hair and the way they had their shirts half tucked seemed as though they had just gotten up in the morning. That's not a good sight.

The staff were so nice and helpful for my first time there. My coffee tasted amazing. I asked for a light touch of their pumpkin syrup and splash of oatmilk. It was so good I need another already.
We love this place! They have a lot of sugar free options for us and the coffee is delicious hot or iced. The kids there are always helpful, nice and enthusiastic about their work environment.

Unfortunately I had to update my review. Typically when we come we give our number and can basically ask for our usual. This time the girl had absolutely no clue what we meant by that. I typically get a smooth 7 with triple seven and it’s on my profile. She handed me a drink that looked like milk. When I told her it wasn’t my drink she immediately looked flustered and said I’ll have them fix it. I’ve never had issues with asking for the drinks on my profile, so idk what the problem was. She then came back with a drink that I am still very unhappy with but at that point I didn’t want to be bothered with it. We had also been waiting for up to 10 minutes so I was just done.
First time here and we love it! Customer service was on point!! Kelsey had us laughing the whole time! Coffee was perfect 👌. Next time I’ll make sure my Dad brings his bifocals 🤓🤣
