I had never heard of this place. Found it by searching for food near me. Placed an online order for pickup, drove over and waited for a while....I ordered a 3 piece wing with 2 sides. Order took a long time due to big order right before mine. Other than that, no issues. Everyone was nice, food was amazing. Those wings were fried to perfection and I'm a hard to please type of person. I will be going back to try other things with my family.

The qings don't ever seem to come off the bones easily. Everytime, it's like eating rubber. The skin of the chicken is good...but that's it. Seems as though the wings r rushed. The catfish steaks r good and the sweet potatoes 😊

Food takes awhile which is why I opted to call ahead. I get there and was told that the food hadn't been started. When I asked why since I called it in, he said "do you call in food and expect it to be worked on without payment?" I looked at him for a few seconds and said "yeah, every place does that." He said "well we don't do that here cuz we can't guarantee you'll pick it up". Then what was the reason for taking the order on the phone and READING IT BACK TO ME??? Against my better judgement I paid and waited a good 25 min for an order that was wrong. Never knew Italian beef's naturally come with cheese in all my life of living in Chicago, but even when I said NO CHEESE, it was still put on there. Just a big lump of cold cheese no one asked for. They were closing and no more ingredients were left to make another Italian beef the way we asked and was told to come back for a free one. The way he talked to me and had me wait for an order I called in just to get it wrong assured that I won't be back. Paid help is the best help.
Got the open italian beef with a sausage. I opted for cheese on it. There was about a 1/4 inch layer of cheese accross the whole bowl. Like a pizza with too much cheese, it didnt quite melt which meant the italian beef under the cheese was still cold. The sausage on top of the cheese was not cold and tasted awesome. Would try again just for the sauage.

Had the Grilled Polish Sausage with mustard, sport peppers, and grilled onions, served on a proper poppy-seed bun, with crinkle fries. Was great! Good snap on the sausage, and great flavor from the onions, mustard, and peppers. Glad to see some tastes of home here in S.A.! Will definitely be back!
