Clean and very friendly staff, that’s why I gave a 2. The food is very lacking in flavor and nothing like a true Chicago dog or Italian beef. The beef tastes like they take it out of a bag and boil it in water with zero seasoning. Unfortunately we won’t be returning. My wife is from Chicago and I lived there 8 years and had high hopes.

It was alright. I Need to go back and try the hot wings because the mild wings that I got were sweet and not mild. As sweet wings I would rate them better but advertised as mild I was expecting a smidgen of heat.
The catfish was pretty tasty. Thin breading which was nice. Tastiest part of the meal. It came on top of a bit of fries and I found a hair in the basket
I ordered some mac & cheese as well, and I found hair in it. Tasted pretty bland.
The restaurant also has multiple signs saying to use the QR code to purchase and order your meal at your table. I did as much and the gentlemen had to come around and ask me if I ordered a drink because with four customers, I guess they didn't know that's the one order that showed up with the one person that didn't have any drinks.
I only tried a small of their menu. I'll try and be back but it's nothing crazy that I'm running to. I guess it's good to have somebody who makes good fried catfish in town.

I ordered the 4 filet catfish, a cheeseburger with an extra patty and 2 orders of Mac and cheese with 2 drinks. The catfish was good but hurt my stomach after, and the cheeseburger was quite plain and wasn't oozing with juices but water instead making the bottom bun soggy. I only got 1 of the 2 mac and cheese that I ordered and it was beyond greasy and salty. The wait was quite a while for the food but the food did come out hot. The place was quite empty, But I ordered 2 waters that I had to pay for and never got them after 10 minutes of waiting and i just couldnt finish the rest of the food because i needed a drink with that. All the servers did was talk to eachother and look over at us and continued walking out and in the restraunt for some reason. I was quite disappointed as a black man. But they are a new place.

Customer Service was very friendly. However there was a very long wait for food and in my opinion was overly seasoned. We ordered Mac and cheese tenders and the Mac was very salty and dry like is been out sitting there, the tenders were also very dry and seemed like they been sitting there as well. Also I didn't like that the meals did not come with a drink and you only get 1 refill. Food fountain drink. I was very excited to try this place however did not impress me.

Best food I’ve had since being in SATX for a month now. Fresh, hot and delicious. I will be back & bringing my family when in town. I ordered the combo - 2 wings & catfish fillet, ordered 2 extra sides (cabbage and Mac & cheese). Everything was perfect.
