Looking for hotels by SeaWorld and this was the best bet for what we were looking for, in terms proximity and price. We also wanted a hotel that had a shuttle to SeaWorld because the parking can be quite expensive there. We were happy with our choice. The front desk was accommodating and answer door questions. The room (412) was very clean. It was a spacious two bed with a balcony. The bathroom was pretty large as well. The courtyard has fun games for adults and kids. They have corn hole, a huge checkers board, huge connect five game, chess and more. Tables, rocking chairs, and fire pits in the courtyard as well. When the sun went down the had a kids movie projecting on a large wall in the courtyard. We didn't use the pool area due to limited time. They have an in-house restaurant and bar. I wish they had free coffee and water in the lobby but no. I REFUSE to drink coffee in any hotel room no matter where I am. Fridge in the room fyi.. Conveniently located by several restaurants and grocery stores if that is important.. The two van drivers we had to and from SeaWorld were very nice - and the drive is just minutes away. Note that as of late March parking is $19 a night. We knew that when booking, wasn't thrilled about it, but it is what it is. I'd stay here again.

The outside courtyard was very nice! Some games outside to play like big chessboard and checkers. The pool area could have maintained alittle better... even someone out there sweeping away so many leaves and caterpillars. The rooms were decent size and we didn't run into any issues! The food at the Spur downstairs was good. Overall nice stay!

Believe me, if i could give this place negative stars, I would. When we first tried to check in, we booked the Presidential Suite because it offered more space and a better view of the Hill Country area. My father received an odd text message saying that the room was no longer available. He called the supervisor and she said that there was a leak somewhere in the room. Gave no more information other than that. They then gave us 2 rooms that were connected at a discounted rate of 99 dollars. We finally got our room, and started to settle down when my father used the restroom. He flushed the toilet and, get this, it OVERFLOWED. There was water EVERYWHERE on the tile and carpet. We had to quickly salvage our things and get out of the room. We ended up getting two rooms that aren't even CONNECTED to each other. What a cheap piece of crap! I'd rather have raw sewage served to me on a silver platter than stay at this poorly managed hotel.

Appearance is beautiful but beyond that could be better. First, the hot tub AT BEST was luke warm and more of a kiddie pool than a whirlpool for adults. Second, room VERY hot and stuffy to the point it woke me up out my sleep. Mind you I'm usually a cold natured person who keeps the thermostat low 70's. Thermostat was on 67 and I was uncomfortable. I went down to front desk to report to Alex and literally his response was a shrug, then I was disregarded as he continued on about his business. Not once did he acknowledge the issue or attempt to resolve. But more so the disrespect of not making eye contact when I was speaking and shrugging my concerns was completely unprofessional and disappointing from the Hilton brand.

Front desk provided slow service very filthy front entrance area. Multiple outlets in room did not work and I was assigned a room with view to construction containers. I requested a room with hill country view. I asked to speak to an on site manager and none showed up to discuss moving to a different room. Poor service in dining room so we left hotel to eat at a restaurant. Toilet had a poor pressure. The outdoor area was okay but several people were smoking cigars and cigarettes and vaping was allowed. I received a bill in the mail of a $69 parking ticket when this should have been included (charged) upon checking out. Felt like I was staying at a hourly roach motel. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. Been trying to reach corporate customer service support and keep getting transferred to different people overseas.

Beds are uncomfortable and front desk was advertising movie night for kids at dusk. They didn't put on the movie until 8:30pm the first night which was well after dusk and 9pm the second night. No complimentary coffee in the lobby. You had to pay for coffee in the breakfast restaurant. I expected way more from a actual Hilton Hotel! Home2 Suites is better than here.

Stayed here for a couple weeks. Great location close to everything and doesnt have valet parking. Rooms are a little worn but they are renovating still, but I believe my room had already been done. 1-2 of the 3 Elevators were constantly out of service creating a delay to get back to your room. Water went out twice, once with notice for the night and the other without during the day. The hotel staff is nice enough and will assist you but not with the normal cheerfulness I am use to from a hotel. Almost made me feel like I was bothering a couple of them. Room cleaning is non existent without request even with an extended stay. No free breakfast and check in process is not thorough providing you the run down of amenities and benefits.

Well cared for in a pleasant environment! I was there for a conference - I need to go back very soon just to relax!!!!

After spending 1000.00 dollars on our room we have blood on the carpet. This hotel is very dirty. After letting the front desk know about the blood they just looked at you like your stupid. Never stay here.

BED BUGS: Your sense of corporate responsibility is SHAMEFUL. Since I came home, I have not had any new bed bug bites. There is no explanation other than getting bed bug bites at your bed bug infested hotel. God help me, stay away from Hill Country Hilton!

I give this hotel A 5 star! I reserved this room for my parents who came for my daughters graduation. So I told them if I could have a room By the entrance and the 1st floor because my father is a disabled veteran in a wheelchair and oxygen. They got it taken cared for me. The room was nice and right by the exit. The free breakfast was good they said. The staff was very helpful and very nice. They had a nice pool and my kids came over to visit as for in the pool for a bit. This hotelIs close to so many places.

Stayed here for a work conference. The hotel is dated. I was upgraded to a room with a balcony but it was not very clean so I didn't use it. It was a suite so I enjoyed having a separate seating room. I was not told at check in that you had to request housekeeping the day before but I was accommodate and housekeeping took care of my room. Also I had a tax exempt form but was charged taxes and had to call back to get it corrected. The outside area in the back near the pool was decent. The bar stayed open until 10pm which was a plus as well.

So the start that everyone asks for;You can control the fan in your room. That alone is awesome. Okay now for the hotel. It's a nice hotel, a dated hotel. That being said, everyone is extremely friendly. It was very clean. Had a great bar/restaurant area. Elevators were all working and they have a great pool area. Some.huge trees to sit under, nice loungers by the pool. It was really nice. The gym was perfect for someone who is nursing an injury. Just enough weights and machines to get a sufficient workout. Cardio equipment was all in top shape and really mostly felt new. Where I have my largest beef is charging for parking. They're not a resort, but charging 20 bucks a night for parking is just silly to me. There are three hotels in the area, all newer builds, that have free parking. I just despise being nickle and dimed when I am traveling for work. The rooms are nice. Despite my first room reeking of cigarettes smoke. But they swapped me to another room quickly without hassle. But housekeeping dropped the ball by not having the room properly cleaned/sanitzed. Overall I really liked the hotel. I would stay here again, if they get rid of the parking fees.

This was some of the photos I took when we entered into our room for our stay. Not shown is the dirty pillowcases & change/notes under the desk that must have fallen out of the previous stayers pockets.Manager on duty assured me the room had been cleaned prior to our arrival but I assure you it appeared they just returned the beds and refolded the towels. The only silver lining was the amazingly empathetic housecleaning staff that came up at 10pm to actually clean the room, wish I caught their names as they were 5/5 for their part!I guess this is what the service is for a silver rewards member and Hilton Amex cardholder. I would sure hate to see the rooms for the everyday customer coming in for a random stay here.Unbelievable on so many fronts.
