We have gotten SO many compliments on the food at our wedding! We had passed appetizers and plated meals, and it was genuinely all so good! I feel like wedding food is usually just OK as it’s tough to make it for so many people, but I truly believe ours was great as day-of and the days following our wedding guests kept coming up to us to specifically talk about how amazing the food was! As a bonus, Gina was great to work with, very responsive and knowledgeable.

Their name is the truth!! the BEST food I’ve ever had at a wedding hands down. We got so many compliments on how amazing the food was and we couldnt agree more. Also the staff and everyone we worked with from tasting to clean up was GREAT! We were so happy we chose ADC as our caterers and would definitely book them for any other event in the future!

ADC was beyond amazing!! The food at our wedding was unique and flavorful without being offputting to picky guests. Everyone raved about our food and how delicious everything tasted (even the salad was a hit!). We appreciate the level of service and communication from Gina, who was extremely helpful and professional every step of the way!

Incredible catering company. Worked with Nadia and her team for my 200 person wedding and they knocked it out of the park. From the planning, place setting design , creating a special drink menu, and of course the food, we were blown away. She is so knowledgeable in all things catering and timing and presentation. Guests are still talking about how fabulous the wedding meal was over a year later!

Absolutely Delicious did a seated dinner at our wedding and they were incredible to work with! Gina made sure that everything was meticulously planned and Jerry made it all happen on our big day. The food and service were exceptional. They also did all the china, linens, glassware, etc. making things really easy on us.

Absolutely Delicious was by far the best experience. They walked us through every step from selecting dinner menus, linen, colors, and even bar service. They are experts in their fields with the upmost professionalism. For our event they provided amazing food, which all our guest were raving about. The waitstaff was attentive and ensured our guest were taken care of. The experience of planning and enjoying our event was heightened by the top notch service provided by Absolutely Delicious, in and out of the kitchen! Actual quotes from our guest “Oh girl, that was the best margarita I’ve ever had” and “My husband never enjoys event catered food but he cleaned his entire plate!”

Absolutely Delicious is just that!!! So tasty, such a beautiful presentation, friendly staff, and excellent service. They catered Gardopia Garden's Annual Gala at the Witte and knocked it out of the park. We will definitely be using them again next year.

Nidia and the whole Absolutely Delicious crew were amazing. They were so kind when I had to post-pone one year due to COVID-19 - the quality of food is excellent. My. guests couldn't stop raving about the quality of the cuts of steak used etc. Amazing, would recommend 100x!!! My wedding planner Nicolette of Chic Concepts and the McNay Art. Museum recommended Absolutely Delicious to me.

Love her food!! Can't praise her enough!! Catering is excellent.
