I ordered 2 different kinds of food from their menu that said buy one get one free and they lie they charged me full price for all of them there is no buy one get one free. I will never buy from them again and when you try to call them no one answers the phone it goes straight to voice mail that was yesterday and they charge 3 bucks for a can of soda and I ordered 3 cokes 1 diet coke and 2 sprite and only got 2 coke no diet coke and 1 sprite and they charged me for all of it so you can't call them because no one answers the phone ?

Suggests the Chicken Shawarma over rice for starters. The salad that comes with that is amazing as well. Top notch food truck! Great service!!

I recently visited Abu Omar Halal and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The flavors were rich, and the dishes were prepared with care. However, my experience was dampened by the attitude of the person in charge.Despite the delicious food, the individual handling orders was incredibly rude. They seemed impatient and dismissive, which put a damper on what could have been a great dining experience. It's disappointing when the service doesn't match the quality of the food.Overall, while I enjoyed the food, I hesitate to recommend Abu Omar Halal due to the poor customer service. Hopefully, they address this issue in the future to provide a more welcoming atmosphere for their customers.

I tried calling Abu Omar Halal to order food. A VERY YOUNG GIRL answered and asked could I wait. (I said yes but really didn't have any choice). When she finally came back to the phone, she said, "sir, what can I get for you?" To which I said, I am a woman not a man. My voice is messed up. Instead of correcting herself, maybe I dare say - saying she's sorry for the mix up, she hung up on me! To treat a potential customer this way - shame on her and shame on Abu Omar Halal for employing such a horrible human being!!

I am absolutely gutted never have I ever had a food scare. I am 100% sure I consumed mild and bad lamb. The bogo sale was here so I got the wraps I ate half the first one and it tasted funky so I threw the rest away. later in my shift I began showing signs of food poisoning. Not thinking anything of it I continued working and working through the symptoms I came home ,mind u I work at a bar so I get home at 3am, and was going to try to eat my second wrap something told me to open it up. To my absolute disgust the meat looked old and was molded! I don’t even know what to say. But this is unacceptable and I hope I don’t get sick. Pictures below.

The worst customer service. Even if you are willing to pay for more garlic sauce, they are quite unpleasant.I visited for the first time and ordered beef shawarma, which came as a single piece. After receiving it, I asked them to divide it into two pieces, but they were not willing to do so after the purchase. However, there was nothing wrong with the dish.

Their prices are getting ridiculously expensive. The chicken shawarma sandwich was $12; now it's $16 with minimal filling.Dried chicken with lots of mayo, also the bread wrap doesn't taste great. They should reconsider prices and quality before raising prices this way.
