Needless to say that this restaurant is on the Southside of town, honestly the food should have been better. The food , rice, beans, enchiladas, chicken tacos did not taste good. The food had some kind of different taste that my friends & Fiancee left there very disappointed 😞! I really did say something to the Manager at the register but didn't even want to know why we were dissatisfied with our meals. He ask if everything was OK & I did tell him no but what can I say you'll wouldn't have given me a credit! We will not go back there again. So sorry that it's on our side if town that Mexican food should be the best cooking food if they have the best cooks & maybe taste their food to realize something needs to be done differently (And I mean cook Tex-Mex) We are in the U.S of America!

Tried to have breakfast today, when the food arrived, the bens were cold, eggs were cold potatoes were cold and tortillas weren't cooked all the way. Meanwhile there was only 3 other tables with two people per table so can not use the excuse that they were busy.

Very good atmosphere. Have been there a few times . My uncle and aunt from San Antonio go there just about everyday and that is how we found out about this place. Waitstaff are very cordial, service is fast and you are never without a drink. Food was excellent and everyone was very polite. Great food , I recommend you go on out and support this restaurant in San Antonio off of Pleasanton road.

Ordered a Tampiqueña mid day on a Wednesday and it was so fresh. This is very good Mexican food for a Hispanic city. Atmosphere is casual rustic everyday - exactly what you’d expect for flavorful homestyle Mexican food where flavor is above presentation.

This place needs an inspection!!!! Food poisoning immediately hit us . Owner needs to be present to manage the kitchen and inspect the quality of the food being prepared here before serving and charging customers. I recommend that you NOT eat here.
