I would never eat here again. Just got out of this place and ONE pmate of food and 2 coffees 25$ and the plate was no more than 12$ so disappointed

I'm extremely conflicted about this place. The food is good but it's a bit over priced compared to other Mexican restaurants. Also, they charge you for the to-go box. The servers & service are good. I just can't help but feel that the owner(s) are greedy. Greedy people usually price stuff higher to get more money out of people because lining their own pocket means more than being fair to people. They lose a lot of business with that mentality & in turn have to raise prices even more to make up for lost business their greed caused. These places never last no matter how long they manage to limp along. So although it's a good restaurant with good food, it's a joke what they charge for & how much they charge. We haven't returned since we found out we pay for each individual to-go box we get.

Yuck. The trash here does not qualify as food. Taco shells were stale and had a rancid oil odor because they were expired. Tostada was floppy. Lowest quality ingredients.
Empty parking lot at lunch time should've been a red flag but they advertised a drive-thru window so I went anyway. Unfortunately the drive-thru was closed, yet no sign saying so. Ended up going inside to order a combination plate and crunchy tacos.
Nothing was good. Rice was old, chewy, and cross contaminated with random potatoes from someone else's meal. Even the sour cream smelled sour in a bad way. I'd be surprised if this place passes health inspection. I ended up throwing it away.
Complete waste of money, but, better than getting a stomach ache by taking the risk and eating it. I'm leaving this review to remind myself not to go here again.

Their business hours are odd, they close very early, like 3 PM but offer dinner items. The place is very simple but it’s kept clean. The service is ok, not very friendly but they do a great job, it’s just not a great interaction but that’s ok. The food is good, nothing crazy, been here quite a few times because of how close it is, but we have never had any complaints. It’s a good place for a casual bite to eat.

This place has some awesome tripa tacos for those that like trip as they are great. They have home made corn tortillas the best I’ve tasted in San Antonio. This was my first time here and had a carne asada taco on corn and a avocado taco on corn a tripa crispy taco they were awesome. Definitely will be returning to try some of their other tacos and Mexican plates.
The food was great, I wish you had fountain soda. $2 a can is odd for a restaurant.

Would have left no stars but you have to give them at least one. The chips and salsa are disgusting. Stale chips no flavor salsa. The service was ok at first then the waitress caught an attitude and took a long time to come place our order. Ordered a plain bean and cheese hardly any beans or cheese. More tortilla than actual food. I do not recommend this place. Can’t believe there still open.
