Usually amazing food, today the chicken was dry and lacked flavor. Rice was over cooked. I wonder if it’s because they were really busy today the day before Easter which us Latinos don’t cook the day before lol.I usually order during the week and the chicken is nothing less than amazing, I will try them again later on and hope it was just a fluke

This is the third time I buy chicken to go and Im given it burned…. I haven’t received it like that when eaten there but it sucks that I get home and they do you dirty like that… if you buy to go from there make sure you start checking your food before you leave that place no matter how tied they give you the bag. Ill just go back to Pollos Los Norteños even though its quite a drive…

Be careful I bought a whole chicken without sides and the price was$ 14.50, the cashier charge me $15.50 plus taxas was $16.70, the ticket doesn't have the taxes amount only who full price that's a way of scam people every order they can steal a dollar and you wouldn't

The food is good! The chickens are on the smallish side, though. The rice pudding (arroz con leche) isn't made in-house, but it's quite tasty. Service was great, and the ambiance was better than many spots. As to cleanliness, the place was near spotless.
