Alamo Biscuit Company & Panaderia

This is almost not real. Two separate groups of attendees from our conference at the convention center went to the restaurant the other night and let us know today at the conference that dinner at Alamo Biscuit was the most horrible experience at a restaurant they've ever dealt with. And they said the chubby bartender with an attitude and lisp was there as well. Some of them had gotten a drink at the bar before they sat down and said that half of the time he was on his phone, not even paying attention to the paying customers. And when they tried to get his attention, he gave them major attitude. Their meals like ours, left much to be desired.
If you're from the area or visiting, do yourself a favor and visit a nearby restaurant and steer clear of this place until they make staff changes and get their act together. There are definitely other restaurants that know how to treat their customers and if there’s issues they take care of it.

The food was great. It looked great and tasted pretty good. The restaurant itself was so pretty, well light and decorated. The vibes were really nice all around. Our server, Reyna, was attentive and made sure we had a good time. Definitely recommend.

Brie was our server. She was amazing! So patient and kind, very attentive. However, the food does not taste how it looks on pictures. We came specifically for the biscuits, and they were more on the hard side. Nothing different than what I can make at home.

Brunch was delicious! Had the lemon pancakes and hubby had the pork belly..amazing. Our server, Aryana, was great. Patio seating accommodated our reactive fur baby comfortably. Highly recommend!

Angel was such a sweet waitress. She was beyond helpful and had great conversation with us! Everything was so seamless from the host stand, to our drinks, and our food! I would highly recommend this place!!
