So today I decided to try out a sweet little gem right down the street from me. It's in a plaza on Babcock and if you blink you might miss it and what a shame that would be! When I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted by the owner who told me about the items on the menu in detail. I thought about getting a shake but I pivoted towards the teas. I got the Strait Hit for myself and the Tipsy Tarpon for my fiancé. Each tea comes with a natural energy boost to prevent crashing....
I've tried a few shake places around the area and this is my favorite!! All the shakes and teas are delicious.The owners are so nice and very knowledgeable about their products.
Love this place! The owners are great and friendly. Nichole and Anthony will help you pick your flavor of tea to fit your day. I come often to try all their new flavors. Try them all! Today I had the Tower of America’s and it’s my new fav! Thanks Alamo Heights Energy & Nutrition For adding some pep to my step in a healthy way.
