Today, 09/28/2025 i went to this place with my husband and my baby. The hours sing it say you guys close at 8pm and it was 7:35. When i walked to the door the guy ran to door and closed it. It was so embarrassing.

I am a little disappointed in the service of this place, although they serve the best snow cones I have ever had. I had been having an extremely rough day, so I decided to treat myself and my girls to a snow cones. Firstly, I was discriminated against regarding my service animal- then, when I went back with a question due to having been served the wrong order, I was patronized and gaslit. All of these things could have and should have been handled with grace and humility- especially given that the establishment boasts of its affiliation with CBC (Community Bible Church).

First time visiting for shaved ice. Left with a poor first impression. Owner mopping long after posted opening time, and no effort was made to communicate with customers waiting outside.
***Basic customer service means respecting people’s time and showing that you value your customers! A simple sign or communication to those supporting your business goes a long way!!

They have a good variety of shaved ice , Italian ice, Piccadilly aguas Fresca Ali g with several more items.

First time being here and asked about their mini pancakes ; how to order them, guy at the cashier wasn’t verbal by choice and just pointed, displayed rude and distasteful service, I had to repeat my order three times. Coming from a supervisor, this person needs improvement on customer service skills
I've enjoyed Aloha shaved ice for years. I've tried many items from the menu and have never been disappointed in my selection. I also appreciate that their Agua Fresca are fresh and made with real fruit and not powdery like others. With the summer heat as strong as it is, going to Aloha for a mangonada or a raspa is ideal. Excellent friendly customer service as well. Have brought friends and family ans will continue.

Got here before the closing time listed on google, the open sign had been turned off. I walk up to see two tables with people eating inside but the door is locked. When I called it picked up but no one talked for 1 minute so I was just talking to myself. The people inside saw me and looked away. Kinda rude
