Today they get my review. I have always ordered from them and today for some reason they decided to try and be smooth and cheat out a customer who they didn't think would notice. I had ordered a raspa w/ 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream. But they didn't add the ice cream yet added vanilla extract. When I called they said the order was placed wrong. Yet here's the proof

Place is cute… but customer service is terrible here. The guy was very impatient and had such a bad attitude towards my boyfriend who was simply just trying to order his snacks. The corn was soggy and tasted like it was expired too.

So we wanted to give a little local shop some business after a long drive to San Antonio. The corn was dark and old, and shriveled. The nachos tasted like a plastic bag and burnt. The tostada's were stale. And the service was more disappointing. We walked in and the lady behind the counter looked bothered that we were there. Save your money
This places is great, the staff isn’t rude you guys are just impatient. I’ve been here multiple times with my wife and we never have any issues. The only issue I’ve seen are people being rude to the employees or rushing them during busy hours. It’s a good place if you have the patience.

Food is good ? Service from the male is ridiculous. I ordered a Banana split and He scooped my ice cream first. Had it sitting in the back while he prepared the next customer that got that 5-10 mins after me and went back to finish mine and my ice cream was melting served it to me like that and when I asked if it could be redone all he said and did was smirked and said “you can still eat it tho it’s just a little melted”. Then proceeds to tell me if I want it redone he’d have to charge me again for something he messed up on.
