First time trying & they are SO generous with the cup sizes- the medium is a large in my books. The flavor is great. My only comment is, I wish the toppings were better integrated to the bottom, but besides that- soooo good. We highly recommend. We ate it literally every day during our 3 day visit to San Antonio!

We all got a rootbeer float. It was worse than average. There is too much rootbeer for the little scope of ice cream. There is no special taste.

Went through drive thru on Saturday night. The person who took the order was fine. When I got to the window, no greet, didn't tell me my amount or what type of ice cream she was handing out to us. Ordered medium but got small. But the person didn't speak a single word for me to question her. I go there all the time but was disappointed this trip.

Updated Dec 14, 2024: My previous review was too harsh so I revised it.

I took my daughters here on a Sunday afternoon after we had lunch at another establishment. The photo is a stock photo since my daughter's ate their custard too quickly!

The reason for the 2/5 stars is because the person at the register refused to give us tap water when we asked for water. I spent well over $20 on 3 servings of custard - my daughters were thirsty after consuming the ice cream. The person at the cash register expected me to buy bottled water which was not necessary because tap water would suffice.

I know Starbucks will give you free water that's filtered if you ask for it. If you want ice cream and ice cream alone, I recommend Andy's Frozen Custard. If you need to wash it down with some tap water and don't feel like paying for overpriced bottled water, go somewhere else or plan a trip to Starbucks on your way home for some free water! 😂

It's a sad state when someone can't offer a customer free tap water that costs them nothing but a few pennies for a cup.

Tried to come here today, but they closed early

Edit: I drove 20 min to your location, we arrived around 10:15pm. Google and the sign in your store says that you close at 11pm, but your location was closed.
