The best thing here was the sunny D I brought for my daughter. The server took our six orders (we went on by one not all at once). One meal came out about 1 minutes before the others. Then she brought out 4 more and completely forgot about the 6th one. There was no check out on us when we got our food (like "hey everybody ok everything good") the bites where hard and burnt, the bacon on the burger was chard, the pastas had not much sauce on the meal and the tenders were little and tastes like rubber, (that was the meal that was brought out last) the kids pizza was doughy and the cheese wasn't melted. The sever was like "o it's one of those days" Or " o I forgot". I had so much time in between the food and the check that I was considering just leaving and not paying ( but im good just not paid not tipped) she forgot what we had when the bill came and asked us and it felt like w we were ordering again; just for ot to take like 12 mins to get out cards back. This was my first and going to be the last time I come here or to this franchise

The service was good, and the prices standard. My only complaint is that TouchTunes did not offer a fast pass almost of if that option was controlled by the staff only. My queue was constantly sent to the end by other music with opposing genres, that was still loud so I don’t think sound was the issue.

2nd time I try to eat here. No longer will attempt. I am always ignored when I come to this restaurant. No one is available to assist. Terrible service. Just left after being sat and ignored for almost ten minutes. It wasn’t even busy 😭

Ok, my wife and I went for a blondie, ended up having dinner. But, when we arrived, waiting to be seated the lady told us that we had to wait about twenty five minutes for a table to get empty if we wanted to seat in the table area because they were short on staff, or we could seat in the bar. Thats something we werent expecting, so kind of threw us off a little bit and the lady noticed, and she didnt like it.
So, we finally agreed to seat in the bar, on a booth, but the volume of the music was a little bit too loud. People kept coming in and some would wait and some others sat in the bar.
Our waitress was so attentive and courteous. The food came, and it was delicious, hot and flavorful.
After the dinner, we got the famous blondie for dessert, and it was really good, we asked our waitress for extra pecans.
The prices are not expensive, the service of our waitress very good and the atmosphere was a bit like.... a bar.

The WORST place ever, servers where playing and seating on the booth and walking around with a child, this little child was running inside the kitchen, the tables are dirty, the whole place its dirty, food taste horrible, OMG the worst experience ever, someone need to address all this with the workers because it's unacceptable, this bold guy was seating at the bar I assume he was a cook because he was going back and forth to the kitchen and seating at the bar , waitress never came to check on us, it's a Noo, noo for this Crapy place

So let’s start with this testimony as I say first as you walk when host are helpful but as your experience goes further it starts to get worse as I stated I needed a Togo order a gentleman approached me and starts to take my order now at first glance this gentleman seems number as he takes my order he’s asking me how to spell out my food choices ? I think odd but okay I’ll go along as he finishes my order and as one of my orders was a steak he never asked how I wanted my steak or how I like my sides ! So okay I figured I would ask for. A manger I did he left to Gio get and guess what manager sends him back to ask him to ask me to write my name on my order ? Odd of course but I go along with it then as we are waiting for my supposed placed order another young lady comes and corrects my order for a third time ! So order is placed once again then I wait 30 mins for food and as my order comes out to my I begin to check in of my order I was very specific in no tomatoes and no seasoning and behold the plate had everything we asked for it not to have so I stand at the entrance making eye contact with the manger wearing a blue sweater vest orange shirt we made eye contact three times as he stands be hind the bar and let me tell you once he sees me he knows there’s an issues he does not want to deal with and well the look on his face spelled it out correctly so as he finally goes around the back of the bar around the way finalmakes his way to me huffing and puffing as he walks he asked what’s the issue I stage I would like a refund please he asked why I stated because of you and how you stood there for 15 mins making contact with me 3 times and simply choose to ignore me for no reason I get my refund and I leave and as I leave he tells a host in a red sweater “what a dick” as I walk out with my ten year old daughter this restaurant is just a bad example of experience and I get may have been short staffed but as a man with a job suck it up and keep it moving your employees were out there busy tail while you leaned on a wall looking at your bartender

My biggest issue with my visit wasn't the food (which was good), but it was the fact that the servers were all spread out super thin and trying to do the best they could. She was great though, she did try her best.
Couldn't pay with a gift card because the system is older than I am and wouldn't take it. They either need an upgrade for their POS stations or better training on scheduling efficiently.

I'm extremely disappointed with our dining experience at Applebee's last night. The service was abysmal, and we waited over an hour for our food. While it was great that the kids were served first, the rest of us were left waiting for an unacceptable amount of time.

To make matters worse, when my alfredo finally arrived, it was missing the chicken. However, our waitress had already disappeared, and I couldn't flag her down for 15 minutes. When she returned, she proceeded to sit in the back, using her phone while other staff members were secretly eating. This unprofessional behavior created an unpleasant environment for our family.

Our waitress was Cassidie B. Unfortunately, we won't be returning to this Applebee's location due to the subpar service and inattentive staff.

We went to take advantage the 3 for $10 burger combo that we had enjoyed about two weeks prior. I had the tv ad once again the day before. Hostess looked like she was doing multiple jobs but seats us- at a wobbly table. So we move ourselves. Now my elderly mother is in a wheelchair and sometimes it’s hard to get in and out of any dining establishment. She wanted to to take me out for Valentine’s Day. She wanted to take me out to Chris Madrids but it would have been a bit more expensive and I wanted to keep the bill low for her since she is on a fixed income. So the host/busboy/ waitress comes to take our orders and I ask for the special only to be told they no longer have it. I told her about seeing the ad the day before. She said, “I know, they need to stop showing the ad because we no longer have that special. she mentions that they took the advertisement off the window and menu inserts and just didn’t have that special anymore. So I just told her we would be leaving. Her response was just “Ok, don’t care. Less people for me to wait on.” My mom could have afforded to pay for a little more, but hay wasn’t the point. It all seems like a hustle. What would it have hurt them to honor the ad. It wasn’t going to put them out of but. Maybe the mix-up is at corporate and they’re still running an ad when that campaign has ended. But you’re all part of one enterprise. If someone makes a mistake. Do the bare minimum and honor your mistakes. There is no “they” when your running a business. Live up to your word. I matter who made it.
