Applebee's Grill + Bar

Went by in the middle of day shopping. Shared a great appetizer, along with nice cold beers at the bar. Good service and music playing. Definitely recommend if you are shopping over at North Star Mall looking for a little break😀

Love this place, Vianca the manager/bar keep is great, fast and attentive even with large groups.. services from Jenny was really good, every order was correct, Oscar is a server who helped our waitress and was zooming all over the place, this place is awesome...

Of all of the Applebee's in San Antonio this one is the best and cleanest. My meal.was great as usual. I love the Oriental Chicken Salad and French Onion Soup. Superb!

Terrible experience was served by Adell H she started off well by giving recommendations with the menu but lacked attention to our table in particular had to get up to ask for a steak knife and never table touched so we were not even able to tell her that the boneless wings were cold we just looked over it but then when we tried to get her attention to bring our check she walked out of the restaurant.

Our server, Jonathan, was AMAZING. We were a large group and didn't show up at once. He kept our drinks filled and had a lot of patience. We all had a great experience.

My tequila sunrise was sitting at the bar longer than it needed to be. The food was poor. The wait staff that took our order wasn't customer service oriented

Had the ribs and they were cold service was bad it used to be a good place to eat but I won't go back again

Waiter was incredibly helpful, food took a total of 42 minutes to be served, Joseph our waiter was empathic and checking on us. I wouldn’t Recommend this apple bees

Restaurant was not clean, my lighting above my table had cob webs.
Food was not appetizing at all, it had very little flavoring. Salad had a watery taste to it with no texture.

Our waitress did a decent job taking care of her customers. Wasn't her fault she didn't have the tools to be successful.
