Applebee's Grill + Bar

This is a last ditch attempt to save this place by merging these to restaurant's Applebee's and I hop will not be going back ever.

The waiter got my order completely wrong and got upset when I sent the food back. I ordered from Ihop in the hopes it would be good but no it was terrible service. The waiter never came back to check on us or refill our drinks. I ordered a mimosa and never got it, but it was on my tab so I had to ask them to remove it. Never again.

Ordered the 2 for $25 deal which included mozzarella sticks, a grilled cheese burger, and a sirloin steak with mashed potatoes and mac & cheese. We also got the Bourbon Mushroom Swiss burger. Total came out to $56.59.

The mozzarella sticks were good—nothing special, but no complaints there. The issues started with the burgers. The Bourbon Mushroom Swiss had no bourbon flavor at all, and the patties were pretty tasteless. The grilled cheese burger had the same problem: bland meat, barely melted cheese, and a plain toasted piece of bread that felt thrown together with no butter or seasoning. The tomato soup that came with it was extremely small and very heavy on basil.

The steak was ordered medium rare but came out with a thick, almost burnt crust, and ended up dry and lacking flavor. The mashed potatoes were okay, nothing memorable. The mac and cheese was a white-cheddar “mac” made with penne pasta, topped with bacon and shredded cheese. I thought it was alright, but my wife didn’t care for it at all. Some items, like the mashed potatoes, were served cold which didn’t help.

The first thing we received was the “sweet tea,” which definitely wasn’t sweet tea and honestly tasted pretty bad.

On a positive note, our waitress was kind and did a good job. Overall though, for the price we paid, the food quality was pretty disappointing. Not the experience we were hoping for at Applebee’s this time.

-Update: Two days later, I just checked my bank statement and it says that they charged me $70, I am furious ive tried calling them and their phone dont work, so I am going to be forced to drive all the way over.

I noticed that their menu has prices for the food but no prices for any of the drinks (non alcoholic or alcoholic) I guess you just have to wait for the check or inconvenience the bartender or waitress for the drink prices..doesn't make sense..I never buy anything without the price!!!

We need more places like This Applebees and ihop for me and my kids to go to,I had so much fun!My kids tummy’s were full and they were giggling all night,The music was even appropriate! Thank you so much Jordan and Mekayla for making our night one to remember.

We were going to try the $15.99 special. The waiter said they're short on staff & the kitchen refused to make crunchy fries. The waiter grabbed my plate slinging the coleslaw into the floor. Mgr came, I explained, he said yes to crunchy fries, apologized, however we left.

Roaches is restaurant! Manager on staff said roach was not that big! Very! Very! Disappointed!

Place is great for date night! They always have and make good food. No complaints. Sometimes their sweet tea is a little too sweet. Gotta try it and maybe sometimes see if they have lemons or something, but they're a really good food spot! No complaints.

Rhonda is as absolutely a gem! Provided the best customer service. The food was amazing and for sure tasted like a new Apple bees. Everything so fresh and tasted cooked right on point. Again thank you Rhonda for your amazing customer service!

I just had the best dinner ever, with Ms. Rhonda as my server. I had a bad day, and she completely turned it around. I will definitely come back!

placed my first order from this location and waited a 1 hour 1/2 then i had to call restaurant. I received a text from Door dash that my order was canceled my order. When I spoke with the manager George, he said its not his problem and stated I had to call door dash, Horrible/and unprofessional customer service. My first and last time to ever eat or order from this restaurant and location. I asked for a refund and I am still waiting for my refund.

Chicken Quesadillas with a side of boom boom sause. It's magical. Trust me. You think guacamole or salsa.. no its boom boom.
