1st, our server was excellent. Very friendly, courteous and professional. My bourbon hamburger ? was awesome. Juicy and flavorful. My wife had the bourbon chicken and shrimp ? and she loved it. We had the blonde for dessert and that was amazing. We also tried the dollaritas for the 1st time and while they were good, they were weak but what can you expect for a buck. Overall, we enjoyed our meal very much.

Horrible customer service Food is overpriced. The dining room and the restrooms were both dirty. The wait staff does not care about their appearance and they look very sloppy. I will never come back to this place again. Just keep on driving it's not worth it this is the most disgusting series on the planet. All that it is is just glorified frozen bar food there is nothing to it. It is all gross.

My overall experience was incredibly pleasant. The staff here was very attentive, timely, and friendly while not overbearing. The food was wonderful. I ordered the chicken bacon club with fries and the new exclusive Dark Berry Mountain Dew. My wife had the riblet plate, while my daughter enjoyed the blackened salmon plate. I would like to have given 5 stars across the board, but the table was sticky for an unknown reason, despite watching the young hostess wipe it down. I do not believe it was a cleaning issue, but rather a chemical issue.

We stopped by today for lunch due to us being close by. Our server Brooke was absolutely a doll. She was on top of our drinks and checking on us. She has a wonderful personality. Our food was amazing and so fresh. We will definitely have to make more trips that way.
I went to Applebees and wanted to get my usual quesadilla burger and Eric Dtold me about the wing special and a great flavor and I tried it and loved it. His service was above and beyond and even though it was me eating alone he provided the best care ever! I would come back just because of Eric. The food was amazing of course, but it’s always the service that brings me back. Thanks Eric D, I hope you get a raise you deserve it
In lost for words for this establishment.. I try to give the benefit of the doubt but it got worse each time . Went over at 12:00ish tables were dirty me and my spouse didn’t care . We just wanted to eat . The server with dreads took care of us. I asked for chicken sandwhich with ranch and wanted that spicy sauce on the side .fast forward food came out but my sandwhich had the sauce on it nor did it have the ranch . Once again benefit of the doubt the waiter with dreads stated oh I’m sorry you want a side of ranch . I told him no I didn’t want the sauce on chicken . He said ok I’ll take that .. also I asked for sweet tea he brought me lemonade instead of telling me they tossed out the sweet tea . Besides the fact . my girls food was fine .. as I’m waiting he came over and said he took the meal off .. I asked him so I’m not getting a remake. ? He said kitchen closed what do you want me to do ? . I couldn’t believe he told me that . I asked for a Manager and told her how I worked in the food industry and how he was behaving very unprofessional she said this her first day she understands and that she will turn the fryer back on for me . As my wife’s almost done the manager comes with a to go box with my sandwhich in it .. I told her I never asked for a to go I wanted to eat with my girl .. I felt they just wanted me out the store .. so I apologize to corporate but I just walked out . And told her I’m not paying for this ghetto unprofessional customer service I received from Apple bees .. I just wanted to eat with my girl and couldn’t do that thanks to unprofessional staff .. she called the cops on me but I continue to walked out so once again I’m sorry but I wasn’t not paying for the ghetto customer services from server and manager of the day … if I did something wrong let me know I will pay I’m sorry .
