12/13 @5:30 p.m Thank you Bryan or Brian for correct an order that was done wrong . You very kind and understanding. With no argument, he fixed it. He was great with his customer service. The only reason I gave them a 4 Service And atmosphere. He had a server name Judith that was very rude. When I told her the order was wrong, and I asked her for a manager, and she had a nasty attitude as she mumbled something under her breath about me to another server. It wasn’t worth arguing or question what she said. She waiting for me to argue with her, but I wasn’t gonna argue. Manager correct the order. That’s all that matters.

Trixie was an awesome server!! Very attentive and precise. Her attention to detail was impressive. She is also very kind. It’s hard to find this kind of service these days.

Highlight was the service. The server name Trixie OMG she is amazing from the greeting to the drinks n appetizers she checked in on us often attention to detail WOW first experience with 5 star⭐️treatment outstanding!!!

Marcus, the Chef who made my steak, killed it! It was so delicious, the portion sizes were beautiful and the meal was well plated.
Josh the manager was incredibly upbeat and friendly and quick on his feet. He made my son’s birthday experience wonderful for him. Absolutely will be back again!

Probably the worse experience at Applebee's, and our first time to this location, Silverado on loop 1604. Incompetence! We were seated and waited over 13 minutes to get a server, and they were not busy! After 13 minutes of watching employees walking around and bs'ing, I finally walked up to the man who sat us and told him we had been waiting over 13 minutes for someone to come an acknowledge we were there. And he had to ask where we were sitting after he walked passed our table 4 times. It was bad! He apologized, looked confused and walked to the back where the other employees were standing around and they were talking and looking around to where we finally after another 3 minutes just walked out. I don't know who the manager of this location is, but this was a shame. Wasted me and my families time.

After a miscommunication regarding our service, I had plan on leaving. However, after discussing our concerns with the manager (Josh), our visit ended up being a great experience all together. Thank you, Josh and Jayme (bartender)...you both were very professional. Thank you for the complimentary salad and dessert... Oh, and the Rock cardboard! 😉🤟 We will be back! --Roxanne and Alex
