Had a problem at the San Pedro location, reported it to Arby:s and they made good on it. It appears that they are genuinely concerned and listens when someone has a legitimate concern. Discounts for a lot with me so I'm revising my posting. Had lunch at the Bandera location today: the bathroom was spotless, the food was terrific, the people were as friendly and helpful as they could be, and the restaurant was clean and had great ambience. It's been a while since I've visited an Arby's. I was in the area and stopped in around 1pm to pick up some sandwiches.

I was greeted by the staff member at the counter. She was professional, courteous and customer service oriented. I ordered my sandwiches and waited a few minutes before it was ready. During my wait, I took a few pictures of the inside of the store.

I was called that my order was ready, made my way to the condiments...

Ate here for lunch here several times. Service is always top notch. I think davontae took our order a few times. He gets five stars. Food is always hot and quick. The only thing that could be improved is some days the floor is sticky
