Worst fast food experience by far. We LOVED Arby’s back in the day but where we moved we don’t have one so we hardly ever eat it anymore. Being in San Antonio for the day we stopped at this location, thinking it’d be just as good. The whole family was HUNGRY. Well big mistake and big disappointment. First our drinks had NO ICE. None. Zero. Room temperature soda YIKES! Then they gave us no straws which ok fine. But when the food came it was the grossest experience. My chicken nuggets were overcooked and some even looked like they had been bitten. Like they had been burnt, then let to cool down, then refried again and BURNED AGAIN. Black and hard chicken nuggets. My kids sandwiches were flat; they had never had Arby’s before and now they think we were lying to them when we promised it’d be good. Our entire meals were lame but we ate them because we were late and hungry. I couldn’t even finish my overcooked nuggets and now, a couple hours later I have a stomachache. Not only will I not eat at this location anymore, sadly after this experience we are done with Arby’s. Wish I could get my money back.

Today is 11/10 came in for order at 3:50 pm received at 4:09PM However customer Service was horrible. Not once did the young woman say hi or anything. She looked at me like I was bothering her and didn't even say thank you for ordering after. She gave me a cup for my drink but no ice knowing the machine was broke. Took me 10 mins to get that. Guy that gave us food was great. Very smiling and offering if we needed anything. The lady she's rude maybe should go home.

2 Stars is because the young guy at window was super nice. Now the lady who took my order was not. She sounded like she hated her job. I was the only car in the drive thru at the time and the wait was super long for my food. It was as if no one was helping the young man. I never saw the female who originally was in the drive thru headset. My boyfriend hadn't had Arbys in years. So imagine our disappointment when about 30 minutes after eating your food, he starts to get sick & ends up vomiting all the Arbys he just ate. Only food was bought for him so only he ate and got sick.

I went to this Arby’s around 8 pm last night. I’ve been eating Arby’s since I was a kid and enjoy it. This was hands down, the worst food I’ve ever had at Arby’s. The fries were super old, which happens from time to time. However, my half pound Arby’s melt was absolutely horrible. The meat was wet or greasy or something. I have never once experienced wet meat at Arby’s. One thing that I’ve always liked about Arby’s is it’s hard to mess up a cheddar melt, but this store somehow did it. I definitely won’t be going back to this location.
