Today was definitely not a good day for Arby's. It's quite puzzling why some people think it's acceptable to waste someone else's time. If they were unable or unwilling to fulfill my order, why couldn't they just be upfront about it? Why wait until I reach the window and charge me to inform me that they won't provide the sauce or whatever I requested due to what I can only assume is their policy? If they had informed me while I was placing my order, I wouldn't have wasted my time waiting in the drive-through line. Unfortunately, I spent a good 5 to 10 minutes in line before reaching the window, and what's even more frustrating is that I confirmed my order with them. Well, it looks like this review will have to be a mark against them. I did request a refund, and instead of roast beef, it seems I'll be having a hamburger.

I was disappointed with my visit this time. For some reason, the roast beef tasted off. It smelled and tasted like it was either freezer burned, burned, or expired. Additionally, I found some weird brown fiber/thread attached to one of my curly fries. I didn't notice it until it was in my mouth, which was very unappetizing. I ended up throwing my food away, and so did two of the three other family members who got Arby's that night. The third person has been sick ever since.
