Ordered two burger meals as the only people in the drive through. Waited ten minutes for our order. Had to return to the window two separate times because they kept getting the burger wrong. One employee tried to lie out his way out of fixing it by saying there was no bacon that they magically had on the next incorrect attempt to make the burger. Manager was of no assistance in correcting the issue. Definitely won't be returning.

When there last week fri. Order a cheddar & beef and the kid up front says, we have no cheddar cheese, pick another cheese. The kid up front said we just put the cheddar to heat, I said how long, he say I don't know. So he walks to the back and asks the other person in the back. The other person says out loud, I DON'T HAVE TIME TO BE LOOKING AT THE TIMER. I HAVE OTHER THINGS TO DO. ? SO my husband and just walk out. NEVER AGAIN WELL BE GOING THERE.

The food has been good when I've gone thru the drive-thru. It takes a little longer to get and that's why I gave service three stars. But the cashier was friendly and helpful.
I don't get to Arby's often, but I like the gyro sandwiches. I visited the drive thru on a weekday for a late lunch. There was a bit of a wait, but the lady at the window was super sweet and very friendly. The food was very good. The sandwich was put together very well with fresh pita. I always get the crinkle fries, and these were perfect, only lightly salted and crispy. I would recommend this location to all. Thank you for a great meal. ?

Waiting over 10 minutes for a strawberry lemonade and a cookie when no one was in front or behind of me at the drive through and the parking lot is mostly empty doesn't make sense. The young guy didn't apologize. That's rude. Every receipt is so faded, I can't claim my Arby's points. Food is usually good.
I attempted to retrieve my birthday gift through the Arby’s App prior to heading over to the store. The app was not working well. I arrived and showed the cashier and they were helpful. I ordered curly fries too. Too bad this Arby’s store is 30 plus miles from my house, this store has a heart , just a bunch of solid employees.
