0 out of 5 stars unfortunately. Waited 2 hours for dinner celebrating a family member’s birthday. Never got it. Everyone traveled from out of town to go experience this restaurant and enjoy the ambiance. We were abruptly informed by our waiter an hour and a half after placing our order that we simply would not be receiving our food because they no longer had any chefs available to cook. This left us driving around parts unknown randomly searching for another restaurant in efforts to salvage our loved ones bday dinner. Management never once came over nor did they respond to several messages/emails or offer any apology for our experience that night.

It was our first time and the service and food were outstanding! I loved the open kitchen and watching the food being prepared. The lighting was great and it was very clean. Our food was spectacular. We had to leave a little early and they were very accommodating. We will definitely be back to enjoy more food.

The restaurant itself is really nice. The food was okay (nothing extraordinary). The service was the worst part. Our waitress made us feel like we should know the answers to some of the questions we were asking regarding the menu. Like it was an inconvenience to provide more information about the dishes.

Great restaurant! Can’t wait to go again. DJ made great recommendations. The burrata was superb.

Ugh. Where to begin? The food was meh, Luke warm with some sections cold (lasagna), steak fiorentina 6/10. Like others have stated, no bread was offered even though they do have it. When we asked for it, it took a long time to come to our table because they had to “pan sear” it. But what made the experience TERRIBLE was the service. I believe his name was AJ, (I *think* because I overheard him telling the table next to us). But he was also bartending; mind you, the place was NOT busy. It took forever to get drinks, we were never offered refills, very absentminded, but you can excuse all that somehow if your server is friendly, which this person was not.Very disappointing and will not be returning or recommending

Great fresh pasta! Loved the open kitchen. Was quiet for lunch on a Thursday. The only reason I gave 4 stars for food was the vodka sauce had broken a bit and was a little oily. Still delicious, but not perfect.

It was good food but....- We made a reservation days before and when we were sat, it was at the end of the bar near the restrooms facing where they prepare. That area should be for walk-ins not for those with a reservation.-The server was pretty slow taking our order to get drinks, bringing them to the table, and offering refills.- After we got our entree, the salmon comes with fair amount of juice and a cook brought us bread saying that "it goes well with the salmon." We didn't order it, ask for it, or need it. When we got the bill we were charged for it. Kind of tacky of them. It's up in the air if we go back.

My husband and I had dinner here Saturday night. Everything was great. The ambience on point. The food was great, and all the servers were friendly. Plus the prices for all the dishes are pretty inexpensive considering it’s a nicer Italian restaurant. I’d definitely comeBack.

Stopped by for dinner on a Sunday evening. It wasn't crowded, but for some reason they squeezed all the two-top tables in the same section while the other areas were empty. Tables were extremely close with no more than 6-8 inches apart.Ordered 2 glasses of wine, but they were both out, so ordered another wine and cocktail. Started off with the Toscana soup which was good and had a nice kick. For the meal, ordered the eggplant parmigiana and lasagna bolognese. They both came out within 2-3 minutes which was a little concerning. They weren't bad, but tasted as were sitting in a heating pan and served from there. For dessert, ordered the bread pudding which was surprisingly good. It was the best part of the meal. The bread pudding went well with the 3 scoops of salted caramel ice cream. After paying, the waiter lost my credit card and it took them about 10 minutes to finally find it on the ground where he dropped it. It was an honest mistake, just a little frustrating.Hopefully was just an off night and my next trip will be better.

BY FAR This was the WORST dining experience I’ve ever had in my life. So much so us and 3 other tables just stood up, paid at the front and left. This was an extremely toxic and unprofessional environment.I had a reservation for 8pm for my mother’s birthday, we arrived at 7:50 and didn’t get sat until 8:20. No hostess, just barely any employees running around and no one asking if we needed help. (By the way I had stated in the reservation it was my mothers birthday and not once was this mentioned)Our waitress (older female never stated her name) got our order and drinks on the first time around since they took so long. We received 3/5 items we ordered and NOT ONCE did we get a refill on our drinks or a check up on if the food was good (surprise our orders were incorrect). Almost by the end of the night our waitress just said “someone else will be taking care of you for the rest of the night” and literally walked out. Our other server never introduced themselves but luckily we had placed the order and our food got there. The most DISTURBING event took place whilst waiting for the food. What seemed to be the executive chef was arguing with someone from management. The chef yelled profanities multiple times while making eye contact with me and other guests leaving the whole restaurant in awe and complete silence. This happened twice in the midst of 1 hour. With no water or wine refills, we finished the food and left while leaving desserts and other small plates behind due to being genuinely concerned for our safety because of the environment created by the chef and management. The person who took my payment apologized and said to give them another try but I sincerely discourage anyone from visiting this establishment.

We enjoyed celebrating our anniversary at Arrosta. The seating is our only complaint since you are in very close quarters of other guests. It felt as if we were having dinner with the couple next to us. Aside from that, we enjoyed everything else. Hector was our waiter and he was very attentive and made great menu recommendations. We had the burrata and prosciutto with sourdough toast for an appetizer then my husband had the Pilsner and I had the blonde ale. For dinner, my husband has the steak with mashed potatoes since they were out of gnocchi and I had the pasta with vodka sauce and added chicken. Everything was delicious! It was really cool watching the chef call out the orders and seeing them prepare your food. Overall, it was quaint and cozy and we are excited to come back to try their pizza.

We chose Arrosta after reading other reviews, and loved our visit! The food was great. I had the Chicken Parmesan and I can honestly say it was some of the best I ever had! It was huge, but I am not complaining! It was definitely big enough to share. The wife had the Bucatini and loved it, the sauce was amazing. The service was great, and all staff were wonderful! This is a very quaint little restaurant, perfect for date night. We will definitely be returning!

Artista is 10/10. The first time I went was with my boyfriend and we had the burrata, the chicken parm and the eggplant parm and we both had a glass of white wine. The wine was really good, the food was not only delicious but in large portions -- which is not always the case-- and the price was really good. For such high end food and service, the price was really affordable. I chose this place for a friend dinner with 12 guests, and it was just the right amount of noisy and our server was amazing with all of our different drinks and food. Definitely will be visiting again !

Pretty fancy looking place without the fancy price. Bar area is nice with full service. The actual tables are very small. I recommend the lasagna and chicken Parm. Biggest chicken Parm I've ever seen. Fettuccine Alfredo is better without the chicken.
