Deliciously good customer service

It was delicious! The employees are very kind and helpful. I was very pleased with the teriyaki bowl and the mango Boba.

Our favorite place to go for a boba tea

Such a colorful and fun place to shop and buy while on a trip. Memories to carry home. The clerk was so friendly and blessed us as we left.

Artea will ALWAYS be my go-to boba spot; I just wish they had more than 2 locations 📍

They serve Taiwanese popcorn chicken and it’s ACTAULLY good with differing spice levels 😋

The boba pearls are always so soft and fresh when I order my drink 🥹🥹 It’s hard to find a boba shop that serves freshly made pearls

My go-to meal: poke nachos 🐠, Taiwanese popcorn chicken bento box 🍱, and pudding boba milk tea 🧋

They also have an app that you can download to earn rewards points and order ahead of time ⏰

I love their food so much that I’ve joked and was semi serious when telling my husband that I should submit an application to work at one of their locations just so I can have the food more often 🔥

Teas are great. Customer service not so much. No hi, hello, and or thank you. Just crickets and straight faces. It’s like this every time I come here. Their success is credited to the fact that they serve great products and that’s it.

Kind service, tea is good
But they forgot my order, give me my order wrong twice and didn’t like the tacoyaki with carrot instead of katsuobushi
Also the rewards app not working properly

i am new to the area and i discovered this spot a couple months ago. this is now my all time favorite boba spot. i always order delivery and my boba is always cold and delicious and my food is always hot. the passionfruit green tea and yaki udon are my go to orders and i’d highly recommend! every experience with artea was amazing (except once my tea tasted a bit bland) but other than that one time everything was amazing!!

Terrible service and cashier today, we come here all the time spend $65-$120 each time but service is not like the old staffs and its really disappointed we will not coming back again! Steak fried rice too salty.

Best boba in SA, they have delicious flavours, efficient staff and great rewards.

I've been to this location multiple times, and it never disappoints. The food is always hot, perfectly cooked and a burst of flavor in each bite. The milk tea is amazing, and tons of variety, and some options for non-dairy.
