Always busy! And there is reason for this, well run and tasty food and drinks. So far the best strawberry matcha I have had. They use strawberry puree not powder. Highly recommended.

Did not disappoint

8/9/2025 at 3pm. YOU JUST LOST US!!! You may have good food and drinks. But every single one of your staff during this visit was RUDE!!! We did not deserve to be treated the way your staff treated us. Remind them they are in the service business and that’s definitely not the way to treat your customers. After this experience you don’t even deserve 1 star rating.

This is so delicious, it was my first time being inside this place yesterday night, I got the strawberry foam cloud, delicious!! And today I tried the same drink again along with Takoyaki, and ribeye steak fried rice!! Hot, fresh, I can taste the onions and fried egg, again DELICIOUS. Will come by again! And again!

Food was great, the cashier had an attitude though. Didn’t even asked me. I forgot to say my drink was a medium, and she had automatically put large without asking what size I wanted. When I saw that I told her I “sorry, I wanted a medium” and she loudly and rudely said “no you ordered a large”. I didn’t order a large, she just put a large without asking, I get it’s my fault that I forgot to ask but you shouldn’t assume. I get it was busy but as someone who’s been in food service for three years that’s not an appropriate response. A response to that would be “so sorry about that, let me go fix that for you.” I didn’t really say anything about her attitude, but from experience if she had said that to the wrong customer, she could’ve gotten yelled at. Me and my roommate also noticed that she had an attitude with other customers as well. Again the food was really good, just needs some better customer service

I loveeee the food from here 10/10. My go to was usually the teriyaki chicken don which is great but wanted to switch it up and try the Ribeye steak fried rice and OMG IT WAS DELICIOUS! Not going to exaggerate but better than Tx Rd house. Definitely a must try!

I’ve ate at ArTea multiple times over the last few years and the food is consistently great every single time. Always fresh and flavorful. One of our favorite spots for great food! Great selection of Tea’s and specialty drinks also!

This is my go to store after work. Very refreshing.

Super cute place. Parking isn't easy, not enough parking spots for the plaza. Very friendly and patient staff. Clean. Peaceful atmosphere. It's a little small but not bad. Boba drinks are delicious and reasonable priced. Was able to get ahold of 2 of the bear cups. Great souvenirs. Highly recommended. Planning another visit soon, will definitely be trying the food.

I mainly go for the appetizer might branch out to their entrées again eventually, but those haven't hit the same. Love the potstickers, win wings, and gua baos. Service was pretty quick.

Taste was good! Price was cheap

Bacon fried rice has gotten too expensive. Used to be around $12.50 but $15.50 now is too expensive to order again. Please offer something cheaper like pork or vegetable fried rice. Thanks.

I love this food but they keep forgetting adding the sauce to it. Without the sauce it’s just very dry to eat. I asked them the don’t forget about the sauce and I was charged extra $2 for the sauce that they were serving on it originally. Disappointed

I didn’t think the fried rice could get any better, but the ribeye fried rice amazing. The steak is very tender and delicious. I didn’t get the crystal boba in my drink, 5 stars nonetheless!
