Asado Seafood & Grill

Jinn came from Sun Sun Chinese and ate my food.

Sat in Asado for dinner. 5 minutes later my friend, Neil, sat with me. A few minutes later, a waiter shows up and asks if we were his VIPs. After some confusion, we realized this wasn’t a welcome. He then explained the tables were reserved (no signs) and that we couldn’t sit there. Neil then asked where we could sit and received a flippant answer about tables available on the other side of the restaurant.

We sat down and waited for another 5 minutes. Then the bartender yells to us from behind the bar that we would need to order at the bar. This is a nice steakhouse, not a honketonk.

The first guy should’ve apologized for the confusion. He didn’t. He also should’ve made a point of bringing us menus and explaining the requirement that we place orders at the bar.

Also, the bartender could’ve come out with menus and talked to us. “I’m sorry, but we’re short staffed (or whatever the reason) and I’ll need you to order at the bar.”

We had breakfast from the hotel and the managers look at you ugly as if you were stealing food from them. When you book the room, we paid for breakfast, the managers looked bad and were not friendly, not recommended. Because my family and I feel uncomfortable.

The staff was great we were late making it to breakfast but the hostess advised that we could go ahead and have breakfast from the buffet or we could go ahead and order lunch. We ordered lunch. ? Pepe was our waiter. He was awesome attentive, and friendly. The Customer Service was awesome, even my daughter was like Pepe needs a raise he was awesome. The food was awesome and everything was cooked to order.

Great salads, great wings. Very friendly staff. Always a win for a hotel restaurant.

Stayed here on business, didn't want to get back out after an early travel day. Ordered grilled chicken, rice and asparagus. Was really good, service was great and probably one of the better hotel food options I have had recently.I attached a photo but I accidentally turned my container sideways coming back to the room. As I got the food to go but it did not affect the taste...

My waiter Peter was man handling the dinning area. Took my order and had amazing service from him. He didnt rush anyone and super attentive. Food came out very quick. Fish and chips were ok and reasonably priced.

I stayed at hotel so i got my dinner to-go to eat in my room. I didnt check my food untill i was already in my room so i didnt want to walk down back to restaurant to complain about the sorry food. The half rack of ribs looked boiled with sauce thrown on it, the cole sale was in a tiny plastic container dry with no sauce on it like they just pinched out of a dole bag. I had ordered an extra side(+$7)of the sparagus. I got 4 little sparagus with 2 cherrie tomatoes cut in half. Very disappointed in this restaurant. Such trash. Save your money and eat elsewhere. Excellent service

Staff is overworked. Too busy to even acknowledge people waiting for a drink. Card machine is down. Complete cluster. The lady working the bar was friendly and I could tell she was trying. The guy working the restaurant area was exceedingly rude and yelling at people who were in his way who had been standing waiting to get a drink order for upwards of 15 minutes. I'm sorry, but having worked in customer service most of my life, I have to ask: do standing customers mean less than the ones sitting on their butts? Because last I checked, we're all expected to tip. It's one thing to spend 5 seconds and say, hello, "I'm sorry, I'll get to you in a minute; drinks or food?" And another to just completely ignore the people you're not immediately helping and get irate because they're piling up because you're not helping.

Overall, I had a fantastic time at [Asado Seafood & Grill] and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal in a welcoming environment. I look forward to my next visit and trying more of their delicious offerings."

Everything was excellent from the food to customers experience

I’m here for 3 weeks training with the Army really bad customer service, the server was really rude to me. I don’t commend this restaurant to anyone.
