Bought their oreo topped pretzels. Bought 5x, 2x was flooded with cookies and cream sauce, 3x was barely had sauces that half of the box was just dry pretzels. I also skipped if there is line for few times. Nobody was friendly enough to, just simply type whatever you want to order and asked anything else before saying how much price.

Pretzels were good but customer service was not. Employees were not welcoming, I was not greeted or offered other items as an employee should & some employees were standing around.

Very good pretzel bites and a great place to visit when you are out with the family! The cinnamon sugar ones are a nice treat as well. Slight burnt taste on some of the pretzels, but overall pretty decent grab and go food
