I went today and I had let Alycia know that I am allergic to cinnamon and the gentleman was gonna touch my pretzels but she took it upon herself to wash all the dishes and wear new gloves and made me fresh food cause of my allergy…she is amazing thanks again Alycia

Food was good. Wait time could have gotten better but overall customer service with Mel & the Team were good.

Waited for 10mins for pizza pretzels once I got them the were nasty I tried to eat them but couldn’t they taste like throw up asked for an exchange for regular ones and the big guy said no not even a refund or a sorry

Food was soggy and disgusting lemonade had no sugar.the customer service was horrible employee was rude with a bad attitude was not worth with the money do not recommend.

Burnt pretzels waste of $8.11

My daughter's only place to eat at the mall. We arrived at 11:05 am and it wasn't open. The employee showed up at 11:15 am. My daughter went over to order and she sent her away and told her to come back in 15 minutes. My daughter went back and was told her the same thing and her order was never received. Needles to say she is taking others orders and gave them their food. Not mini dogs but pretzels. After waiting 30 minutes, I went to order and she finally took my order and told me to come back in 15. Its now 11:58 and we are still waiting. I'm writing a review because this isn't the first time they aren't ready at “opening.”

Disappointed, they discontinued the sour cream and onion as well as the garlic flavor. Tasted burnt. Not happy ? Wonder where Veronica went? That gave them five stars ten months ago. Different employee seemed to have a bad attitude. Maybe that's why my pretzel wasn't made with "love" ?‍♀️

Was truely disappointed in the service from the female staff there on 2/21/24 at 1400. We were ignored on purposed while she continued what she was doing without acknowledging us, and since we didnt go away, she had an attitude. Also, BURNT pretzel dogs on display too. ?
