The rudest young blond lady was rushing us, she doesn’t care about costumer, she was lazy and sloppy. I will never go back.

Wait time was ridiculous
Was told manger left them to handle the store in their own.
My son had a craving and we waited so long
Order placed at 7:21 received complete order 7:57
Was only told it would be a 10 minute wait
And then for them to come out burnt for my daughter and I order smh
My order total with tip at that $25

There was a long line when we approached. Pretzels going quick. Staff working hard to fill orders. All staff very friendly. Annette super helpful. Love the original pretzel with caramel. ?. Also bought pepperoni pretzel and cinnamon nuggets. We come here frequently. Be patient and nice to staff they have work hard.

Today, my daughter ordered pretzel nuggets and 2 frozen drinks. The total was $23 plus. When I questioned the cashier about the price. She explained that the dragon fruit was $4.99 because it's a special. I explained the price in which I read off their menu $3.58. They have a sign with a picture of the drink and no indicator of price difference $4.99. The cashier was rude, so I asked for a manager. All I got was he wasn't there.. She didn't even offer up to call the manager herself and ask for my number. She couldn't even tell me when was a good time to even communicate with a manager. All she could do was throw a tantrum and be rude. Obviously, she wasn't trained properly, or she didn't like her job. A manager should always be able to be contacted at least by the staff. Just like your price should be made available for the public eye. So, cutomers like my child (minor) can see what price they are paying.

Horrible. I grew up where these pretzels originated from (Lancaster PA.) These are nothing like the real ones. Well over done, not rolled out right, OLD... rarely any fresh ones. Seems to be a fake Auntie Ann's.

This isn’t like the mall type of auntie Anne’s. These are overcooked, way too chewy, and lacking the right amount of salt. The lemonade is really watery too! I’m disappointed

I just bought the pretzel dogs from this location. I was a few miles away before I took the first bite. I had to pull over so I could spit it out. Not sure if they don't cleN the cooker or what it was but that all have this black sticky substance on the bottom that tastes horrible. I hope someone will read this and have them check the oven, because that was a rotten experience. Wo t eat Auntie Anne's again

love the mini dogs but I’ve had too many occasions where they are burned to the point where it is so bitter and unpleasant to eat, I usually buy 2 cups as well so it’s just very disappointing and a waste of money :( wish I could add a note when I order from the app to not burn lol

This place is always closed. I’ve been trying to get a pretzel and this place has been closed all day everyday of the week I go to HEB. Permanently closed? Staff with covid? Employees shortage? What is it?????
