Cinnamon rolls was under proofed so not the correct size, not soft amd chewy life a cinnabon should be. Lemonade was not lemony or sweet at all.

The service and atmosphere is what is expected for a quick serve establishment. Unfortunately, the price for a simple pretzel and small soda is astronomical. With that said, I wouldn't mind paying the crazy high price if the quality was outstanding. Problem is, the quality is awful. Each time I go here the pretzels are old, meaning on the cold side and hard. In addition, the size of the pretzel was so small on my last visit, it almost made me laugh. What's going on? Does this business really think they will stay in business if they keep serving way over priced and poor quality pretzels?? I think I need to stop going here hoping they will get better.

I went in to get a treat for myself, and the staff were being really passive, aggressive and honestly making really rude comments. This isn’t even the first time that this is happened by the same girl and their higher-ups need to talk about their behavior to customers truly

I wanna start off this review saying I’m making this review during the Texas Music Educator Association Convention, and even during a VERY busy time like this convention weekend, my order was taken care of pretty quickly. While there was a discrepancy on my order of pepperoni pretzels and how it was placed in the system, the man making the pretzels was pretty good on fixing it quickly. I also picked up 4 classic rolls, and the Churro Chillata while here, which was all ready pretty instantly, and had to wait 12-15 mins for the pretzels. Hope they get to hire extra staff for when it’s needed on weekends like this.

first off, I'd like to say as a fan of mall food, I was actually excited to grab some of the pepperoni nuggets as I had a craving.I should just have gone to Luciano's if I wanted pizza, cause man I regret going to Auntie Anne's here. It was my first time trying and this left a bad taste in my mouth. First off, ordering was slow, and almost tedious as the crew were never on point and management laid back and simply watched them work. My order that should have taken 2 minutes to get down, turned into a 10 minute endeavor only to get luke warm pepperonis and soggy dough. With FLAKES. THE DUDE THAT GAVE ME MY NUGGETS HAD DANDRUFF AND SHOOK SOME OF THAT NASTY HEAD SNOW ON MY FOOD, I was utterly disgusted. I threw them away and will not be returning, as well as telling everyone I know that this place is dirty and unhygienic, not even including the store. That's just the workers. The store itself. . .that can be a whole review on its self. Do yourself a favor. Do not waste your time here.Kid-friendliness: I would not feed this garbage to my children.

My first low review ever. If you want to get angry over a 40 minute wait time standing and burnt mini dogs, this is the right place. They served other customers who came 30 minutes after I ordered first. The worst experience as a customer ever.
