I ordered Ay Que Rico to cater my son's wedding rehearsal. It was a destination wedding so I blindly chose them off the internet.From Rocio who took the order and handled giving me all of the information to Rico and his staff cooking/setting up, it was a breeze.It was the BEST food I could have ever asked for! Huge portions and every single thing delicious.We served 100 guests and probably received 200 compliments.They could not stop talking about it.I feel like I got a lot of bang for my buck! I cannot recommend them enough :)

The food at this truck is UN-FREAKIN-BELIEVABLE!!! It was sooo good we had to come two nights in a row...first night we had the asada quesadilla which was one of the best I've ever had...and then the next night we returned to try the brisket quesadilla which was equally delicious! The flavor of the meat, avocado, cheese, garlic aioli, and jalapeño crema was out of this world!!! I can't wait to come back to San Antonio to enjoy more of these delightful meals!

Very much appreciated•im so sorry to say that the food was not great.- the al pastor tacos were dryyyy and way over salted. Even the limes were extremely dry. The tortillas were hard as well ?- the brisket grilled cheese was pretty alright, though. Not a lot of flavor but it was decent.I did try the Mac and cheese from a friend about a week ago and it was stellar! That's what made me wanna try them. Who knows, maybe this was just a bad night. But I don't think I'll come back. Spending almost $40 bucks and not liking it was extremely disappointing.

The asada mini tacos and brisket quesadilla went hard! Omg ? the brisket Mac and cheese and the beans!!!! Delicious. The Mac and cheese is my favorite and the beans have chunks of brisket and bacon with hint of chorizo. ?♀️ but I'm excited to go back.

Visited during Yelp Taco week and boy, this truck has some award winning tacos! Asada tacos were super delicious and the AL Pastor definitely in the running. Cilantro and onions optional and I had a bacon wrapped Jalapeño which was great on taste and brought some heat. Their brisket mac n cheese is a favorite here. The red salsa was spicy and great flavor. Definitely adding to my favorite places

The mini taco plate was so good! I had the pastor with onions and cilantro, the green sauce was the perfect flavor of spice (not too hot). But the Star and hidden flavor bomb was the bacon wrapped jalapeño. It packed a hot punch at the end. My kiddo got a cheese quesadilla which was overflowing with cheese and the tortilla was buttery and crispy.
