I had the pleasure of dining at Aztec Jungle this morning, and it was fantastic! I started with the tinga taco with beans, and the flavors were incredible—perfectly spiced and cooked to perfection. Then, I tried the barbacoa with their signature sauces, which added just the right kick to the tender, flavorful meat.
