I love that I work nearby and I was finally able to make time to check it out. The menu is simple and if you ever visited the Middle East they will have your favorites such as baba ganoush, falafels, shawarmas, kabobs and gyros. I went with the beef gyro plate with hummus and salad on the side. It brought back good memories I had when I deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. Although I didn't have time, they did offer chai and Turkish coffee. I should have gone with some Turkish coffee! Next time for sure. If you are here and want some good Middle Eastern cuisine make sure you stop by. Don't take my word but take the word from some international Soldiers who also came in for lunch!

My wife and I stumbled upon this gem. The food was delicious and seemingly authentic considering we saw a grandma walk out from the kitchen to put out more food on the buffet. They have traditional menus as well. Overall great find and I definitely recommend.

We have been there Twice during a family vacation to San Antonio, firs visit was for lunch, the buffet has many options of Iraqi tasty food, my whole family loved it, the Second time was for breakfast, they were out of couple things we were trying to order, but it was good. I do recommend this resturant to people who are interested in Iraqi food.

Delicious lunch buffet, with a nice selection of Middle Eastern/ Persian dishes. They have a great mint yogurt drink that's refreshing. Excellent service and very fresh.

I love middle eastern food. I went close to closing hardly anyone there. Slow service. Slow to get served which I will accept if something spectacular comes from the kitchen .... but it was just ok. I've had better. I like Jerusalem Grill better. Atmosphere felt like a brightly lit cafeteria.

We stopped in last week to break our fast during Ramadan. Although most of the food from the buffet was already gone by the time we got there, the owner was so accommodating and made sure that we got some freshly baked chicken quarters and kofta kabobs. He also walked us through what was left as he made recommendations on what to eat. Everything on my plate was delicious! I'm so glad we took a chance on this place because it was definitely worth it. When good food and great service combine, it's hard not to give 5 stars.

I'm always on the hunt for new places to try, and this one was close to an area I had business in, so I stopped in. So glad I did...but I almost turned around, because not another soul was there but the employees. I was welcomed in as soon as I stepped through the door and told to sit anywhere I liked. They had a nice buffet spread, so I wandered over to see how it looked, and opted to give it a try. GREAT choice! Everything was fresh, hot, and had wonderful depth of flavor. One of my favorite items was the meat wrapped with eggplant and stewed in a tomato-y sauce ... to die for! I also loved the lamb stew/soup...the flavor was incredibly deep and full bodied. The buffet ran us $10 pp, and it was well worth it. I only hope their business picks up a bit and word gets out so they stay in business. This place is seriously good eats.
